SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Children are not allowed to use the device! Mentally, sensory and physically
impaired persons may only use the device if they have previously been familiarized
in detail with the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for
them and understand the associated risks.
• Check the voltage on the device label before use. Only connect the device to
sockets that correspond to the voltage of the device.
• Do not use the device with a damaged power cord. If the power cord or plug
are damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized service
center, or a similarly quali ed person.
• Switch off the device after each use and disconnect the plug from the socket.
• Unplug the unit from the wall outlet before cleaning and allow the unit to cool
completely.
• Place the unit securely in the center of the work surface.
• Do not let the power cord hang over the work surface.
• Do not turn the unit on when the tank is empty.
• Do not place the appliance near gas stoves, electric stoves or ovens.
• Be careful not to get the plug and power cord wet in case the unit leaks.
• The appliance is not intended for commercial use, but only for use in household
and similar environments. This includes kitchens in of ces, farms, hotels, motels and
establishments offering bed & breakfast.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
• Do not remove the lid while the contents are cooking.
• When removing the lid, hold it so that the steam ows away from you.
• Do not move the unit while liquid is in it.
• Do not over ll the unit to prevent the liquid from over owing.

• Make sure that children do not play with the device.
• Do not place the device near water or in damp rooms.
• Do not clean the device with a high-pressure cleaner and do not immerse the
device in water.
