#1 Does this have lights on the front?

Yes it has lights on the front, nice and lightweight too.

#2 Is the handimate powered?

No, the Pet HandiMate included with the DU3017 is not motorized.

#3 Is the cord retractable?

No, similar to most upright vacuum cleaners, the DU3017 has cord hooks for easy cord storage.

#4 Does it have a light?

The picture and the description say that this vacuum has LED lights. I’m interested yet confused.

#5 Foot release locked up, why?

Stand vacuum up then put foot on it and pull handle towards you to release and vacuum

#6 Does this vacuum work on shag carpeting?

The DU3017 has a floating nozzle that is suitable for all carpet types
