#1 Will it suport the weight of a 32 inch flatscreen light weight tv on top of it?

No. It is a polymer exterior and is very light.

#2 How loud is this while running?

While it is audible, it is not very loud at all. It is about the noise level of a small fan.

#3 Is it loud?

No it doesn't seem loud to me.

#4 How long for the auto-on after a shut-off? So far it auto shut off, but has yet to turn back on.

It will not turn on by itself after shutting off automatically.

#5 Does the smaller unit have a remote?

Mine did not come with a remote.

#6 Can I leave this unit unattended while I sleep? Or, place it in another room by itself?

No electrical device should be left unattended. That is how house fires start. All electrical devices are for short time usage. If you need continuous heat it needs to be a wood burning stove or natural piped gas. If you can't do that get a warm sleeping bag.

#7 Can the fire effect be turned on without turning on the heater?

Yes!! I’ve been using the flames without the heat all summer with the a/c for a cozy effect!

#8 Why does my heater have this constant clicking back and forth? It sounds like something rocking in the heater

I would return it. Mines don't click. As a very low sound like any other heater..

#9 Is it quiet? Does the flame look real?

The flame doesn’t look real. Not at this price. But it still provides ambience. Heater is pretty quiet and their is a slight tiny click every once and awhile on the light. Its just the light motor rotating inside under the logs. Its not loud but it is audible. It’s a nice little heater. It is pretty small.

#10 Are there replacement legs for these?

Ask the manufacturer or who you bought it from, we haven’t had need to replace ours the unit is less then a year old.

#11 Does the door need to be open in order to apply the remote control?

The door does not need to be open to use the remote control.
