buttons to select a program.
Select either “NECK SHOULDER” or “LOWER BACK”.
A ashing arrow indicates the currently
selected program.
The leg/foot massage start simultaneously no matter which programs are
selected.

Select a program and press the button.
The unit will automatically recline to the correct massage position.

Upper body massage will stop temporarily.
