with local codes and ordinances, or, in
the absence of local codes, with the latest
National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI Z223.1/
NFPA 54), or Natural Gas and Propane
Storage and Handling Installation Code
(CSA-B149.1)
WARNING!
• The outdoor cooking gas appliance
and its dedicated shutoff valve must
be disconnected from the gas supply
piping system during pressure testing
of that system at test pressures in
excess of .5 psi (3.5kPa).
• The outdoor cooking gas appliance
must be isolated from the gas supply
piping system by closing its dedicated
manual shutoff valve during any
pressure testing of the gas supply
piping system at test pressures equal
to or less than .5 psi (3.5kPa).

propane installations using a 20
pound cylinder.
