5. When cooking time is complete, a signal will sound and the Pizza Oven will turn OFF automatically.
The power light will turn off.
6. Check to see that the crust is golden brown, and the cheese in the center is melted. If the pizza is
not satisfactorily cooked at this time, reset the timer control dial for an additional 4 to 5 minutes
until it is done.
7. Wearing oven mitts, use the long, cool-touch handle to pull out the pizza drawer. Use a spatula
to transfer the cooked pizza onto a cutting board; cut and serve.
NOTE: To avoid damage never cut directly on the pizza pan.
8. Unplug the Pizza Oven and allow to cool before cleaning.

This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not try to repair

Care & Cleaning Instructions
1. Make sure the timer control dial is in the OFF position.
2. Always unplug and allow to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
3. Clean the pizza drawer and pizza pan after each use. Wash with a non-abrasive cleaner,
rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. Clean the interior of the Pizza Oven with a mild non-abrasive cleaner and a plastic scouring pad
after each use. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not rub too hard as the interior surface of the
Pizza Oven can be scratched. Allow to dry before replacing the pizza drawer.
5. Clean the Pizza Oven exterior with stainless steel cleaner or mild detergent and a damp cloth
or plastic scouring pad. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or pad as they might scratch the nish.
6. Replace the pizza drawer. Fold and lock the handle in the up position to store. (See Figure 2.)
Storing Instructions
1. Unplug unit, allow to cool, and clean before storing. Never store Pizza Oven while it is hot
or still plugged in.
2. Store Pizza Oven in its box in a clean, dry place.
3. Never wrap cord tightly around the appliance. Do not put any stress on the cord where it enters
the unit, as it could cause the cord to fray and break.
