These recipes have been developed and tested by Morphy Richards for use in your Slow
Cooker. The recommended cooking times are given for the following recipes as a guide, but
may vary depending on food type and personal preference.
For example if the recipe says cook for 6-8 hours on Medium and you require the cooking
time to be shorter, cook on High which will reduce the cooking time to 4-6 hours. To increase
the cooking time, choose Low which will increase the cooking time to 8-10 hours.
The recipes are based on the maximum working volume of your slow cooker (1.1L / 1¾ pints).
This allows a 20mm space between the top of the pot and the food.
