Functions list
Upper & lower elements
Is the classical function of the electric oven and particularly adapted for cooking: pork chops, sausages, dried salt-cured cod,
pot roast, game, roast veal, meringues and biscuits, baked fruit, etc.
Lower element
This setting is most suitable for nishing cooking, particularly pastries (biscuits, meringues, desserts, puff pastry, fruit cakes, etc.)
and other foods.
Upper element
Especially suitable for browning and to add the nishing touches of colour to different dishes. We suggest this setting when
cooking hamburgers, pork cutlets, steaks, sole, cuttlesh, etc.
Grill-baking
A suitable setting for grilling au gratin and roasting quickly and well, meat in general, llet, T-bone steak, grilled sh and vege-
tables too. Cooking by electric grill must be done with the thermostat set at 180°C.
After selecting the warmer drawer icon on the display, the relevant display for setting the operation parametres is shown.
Here, the temperature for heating the dishes can be selected between 85°F (30°C) and 175°F (80°C)
Also, the duration of the heating can be selected.
Before using the appliance, clean the drawer following the instructions in the “Cleaning and Maintenance” section. Then switch
on the plate warming drawer for at least 2 hours by selecting the maximum temperature. The unpleasant smell that results is
inevitable. Both the smell and the smoke that could form, will disappear after a short time.
About 105°F (40°C) - For cups and glasses
With this setting the contents of cups and glasses do not cool quickly and it is still possible to extract them from the drawer
without getting burned.
About 140°F (60°C)
Ideal for dishes and serving dishes. Food served on heated plates will remain hot for longer. However, these dishes can still be
touched without any danger.
Never store plastic/synthetic or easily ammable objects inside the drawer. When the appliance is turned on these objects or
materials could melt and catch re (Fire hazard).
Do not sit or step on the drawer: in this way the risk of injuring oneself or damaging the appliance will be avoided.

Several factors inuence heating times:
- Material and thickness of the dishes
- Position of the dishes
-Room temperature
Therefore, it isn’t possible to provide precise heating times. However, as a reference, we indicate some useful times for heating
the dishes:
Quantity: dishes for 6 people / Time (minutes) 30-35
With the frequent use of the drawer it will be easier to identify the times and temperatures to be set to heat the tableware.
