will need to have this documentation available should the product require attention under
guarantee.

The product model number is printed on the Operating Instruction Booklet / User guide
The product model and serial number is printed on the Rating Label affixed to the
appliance.
The Retailer (Purchased from) and Date of purchase will be printed on your purchase
receipt or other proof of purchase paperwork
Recording of these details alone will not count as proof of purchase. A valid proof of
purchase is required for requesting service under guarantee.

booklet, as a charge may be levied where no fault is found, and even though your product

without the need for cabinets or furniture to be removed or moved.
It is your responsibility to ensure our Engineers have a clean and safe environment to carry
out any repairs.
