Scrubbing with steel cleaning wires may harm the vitroceramic glass surface. Formations

Changes in colour which might occur on the ceramic glass surface do not affect the functional
structure
or permanence of the vitroceramic. The reason for the changes in colour is not the change
in th e
material; it may be because the burnt residues on the surface are not cleaned up or the pots used
have worn the glass surface or because unsuitable cleanin g materials were used.
The cleaning spatula should always be used prior tochemical cleaning substances. With this

you can clean up the tiniest of dirts on the vitroceramic surface. Dirt s that are difficult to remove,
such
as melted plastic, heavy oils, sweet substances, can be removed easily with the spatula. As the
