1 cup all-purpose our

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

1 large egg

1 cup milk

2 tbsp softened unsalted butter

For Wafe Pop Coating

1 cup vanilla frosting

¾ cup cereal of your choice

½ cup rainbow sprinkles

¼ cup water

Chocolate sauce

Mini marshmallows

Directions:

1. Mix together our, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.

2. Whisk together milk, egg and melted butter in a separate bowl. Add the wet

ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.

3. Add 2 tbsp of batter to your Mini Wafe Maker and cook until golden brown on

both sides.

4. Vertically insert popsicle stick through each wafe while warm.

For Wafe Pop Coating

1. Mix together frosting, cereal, water and sprinkles in a medium bowl.

2. Once each wafe is attached to a popsicle stick, hold the edge of each

stick furthest from the wafe and dip wafe into coating bowl.

3. Use the popsicle stick to twirl each wafe while pulling away from the

coating mixture bowl.

4. Top with chocolate sauce drizzle and mini marshmallows, if desired.

Yield: 12 wafes
