1 cup all-purpose our
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp softened unsalted butter
For Wafe Pop Coating
1 cup vanilla frosting
¾ cup cereal of your choice
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
¼ cup water
Toppings
Chocolate sauce
Mini marshmallows

Directions:
1. Mix together our, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Whisk together milk, egg and melted butter in a separate bowl. Add the wet
ingredients to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
3. Add 2 tbsp of batter to your Mini Wafe Maker and cook until golden brown on
both sides.
4. Vertically insert popsicle stick through each wafe while warm.

For Wafe Pop Coating
1. Mix together frosting, cereal, water and sprinkles in a medium bowl.
2. Once each wafe is attached to a popsicle stick, hold the edge of each
stick furthest from the wafe and dip wafe into coating bowl.
3. Use the popsicle stick to twirl each wafe while pulling away from the
coating mixture bowl.
4. Top with chocolate sauce drizzle and mini marshmallows, if desired.
