4. Before You Start
• Unpack the carton carefully and keep all the packing materials unl you
ensure that the product is complete and working properly.
• Remove all packaging materials and foils. Retain them for later use. Check
that the appliance has been delivered completely and is in proper condion.
• Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth completely and allow it to dry com-
pletely.
• Mount the whisks (4) by sliding the grooves of the whisk (4) on the guides of
the whisk adapter (3) up to the stop.
5. Inial use
Inserng/replacing the baeries
1. To insert or replace the baeries, open the baery compartment at the top
of the appliance (2) by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Remove the old or used baeries and insert two appropriate new 1.5V AA
baeries, as per the correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the baery compartment by replacing the baery cover (2) and
turning it clockwise by hand.
Frothing milk
1. Fill the milk to be frothed in a tall container. Make sure that the container is
not lled by more than a third.
2. Immerse the whisk (4) into the container ll it almost touches the base.
3. Switch on the unit by pressing the “ON/OFF” key (1).
4. Make slow circular moons unl the desired degree of frothing is reached.
Move the beater slowly and evenly up and down during the process. The
whisk (4) should always remain in the milk.
5. Finish the procedure by by pressing the “ON/OFF” key (1) again.
6. Remove the whisk from the milk once it stops.
7. If you want to make larger quanes of milk froth, use the double whisk.
8. Clean the appliance as described under "Cleaning and care".
Note:
• We recommend the use of milk having at least 3% fat.
• For an even beer result, we recommend you to heat the milk before froth-
ing. Please note that the milk can be heated to a maximum of 70 °C.
