Sanus VLF728-B2 Questions and Answers

#1 How big can the tv be to get 90 degree viewing?

The largest that may turn at 90 degrees is up to 55" more or less.

#2 Is this mount lockable?

The mounts we sell are all designed for the residential market and do not offer a full proof locking mechanism. Some require a long shafted allen wrench to remove the TV. Sanus offers commercial grade mounts that include robust locking mechanisms with models to fit a wide range of displays.

#3 How far does this arm extend? and could it support being extended at all times?

The maximum extension is 28". Maximum TV weight limit is 125lb. It will support a TV within the weight limit and any extension, continuously.

#4 Does this work for curved tvs? specifically, will this work with the samsung qn75q8c (2017 model) tv? there were no spacers provided with this tv.

The Sanus VLF728 bracket is compatible with Samsung TV, however, the 4 wall mount adapters that should have been included with the TV are necessary. Contact Samsung customer service to confirm replacement adapters and appropriate M8 (8mm) machine screws are available.

#5 Does this device have vertical motions? If so, how far up and down?

The height of the TV is determined at the time the bracket is securely attached to the wall. The bracket allows for the TV to be extended horizontally out from the wall, pivoted to the left or right, and tilted up 5 degrees or down 15 degrees. There is no adjustment to increase or decrease vertical height.

#6 How wide of stubs can I might this to? I need the widest wall mount I can get

The wall plate is 30.50" wide to be located over two wall studs, 16" on center, or more if within the 30.5" range.
