Fruit Leather
(makes 1 sheet)
Cauliower Pizza Crust
(makes 1 pizza)
Cut desired fruit into  - 1 inch pieces.
Place fruit in bowl and Pulse until is pureed.
Scrape sides of bowl and pulse until smooth.
On a silicone lined baking sheet pour mixture and spread a thin even layer.
Place in the oven or dehydrator at 150° F for about 7 hours.
Carefully remove from oven or dehydrator and cut into 3 inch wide strips.
Preheat oven to 500° F.
Remove stems from cauliower. Cut into  to 1 inch chuncks.
Add to pot with 1 cup of water and boil on medium hear for 2 minutes.
Removed from heat and strain and let cool.
Once cooled add to bowl and pulse until it look like the texture of rice. (Add half of the
cauliower at a time)
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add Egg, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt, garlic
powder, basil and oregano.
Stir until dough texture forms.
Place dough and cheese clother and tighten to remove excess liquid.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread the dough evenly into the shape pizza
crust.
Bake the crust for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Either let cool and place in air tight freeze bag and freeze for later or continue to add sauce and
toppings and return to oven for another 2-5 minutes.
1 Cup of desired fruit
1 small sized head of cauliower; cut to 1
inch pieces
¼ Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ Cup mozzarella cheese
1 Egg
¼ teaspoon salt
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon fresh basil (or dry)
teaspoon fresh oregano (or dry)
