GO WORK
HEADSET
Turn on Bluetooth in
your device settings.
Press and hold button
for 8 seconds. Release.
Lights will flash blue/red.

MULTIPOINT (CONNECT 2 DEVICES SIMULTANEOUSLY)
Select “JLab GO Work” in your
device settings to connect.

Once FIRST device is connected,
turn off Bluetooth in device
settings. GO Work will auto
enter Bluetooth Pairing.
Enter your SECOND device
Bluetooth settings and connect
to GO Work.

Enter your FIRST device settings.
Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect
to GO Work.

#1 Can these be used with google chromebooks?

Yes my son uses it with his Chromebook for school. He can use it both with Bluetooth that the Chromebook has or corded.

#2 Can use this with the mic on left side?

Yes but it is built to be at the right side. No issues in using it from left. Just the inconvenience to get the right keys

#3 Can you use the microphone when using the 3.5mm jack?

Yes you can, though the microphone still uses a tiny amount of battery so make sure you have some charge on the headset.

#4 Will this product be compatible with a usb dongle? any suggestions?

You don’t need a USB Dongle. Battery operated & runs on Bluetooth.

#5 Will the microphone work normally if used with a cable (wired connection)?

Yes, even if wired, the microphone will work. You may have to be sure your computer has recognized both the headset and microphone. They may be separate functions.

#6 Would it work for work from home jobs?

I work from home, it works fine. Quality isn’t great.
