#2 Where is the defrost pan?
There are two different pans -- what I would call the defrost pan should be located underneath the right side, it is a long plastic (mine is plastic) pan that just slides in and out from the front (you may have to pop the grill off at the bottom to get to it). There is also what I would call a defrost pan in the bottom of the top section -- it is where the water collects and then runs down the tube to the defrost pan under the bottom of the unit. If that is what you need to get to, you basically have to take the inside of the top unit apart. Are you trying to solve a specific problem? If it has anything to do with ice flows in the freezer section, let me know and I can send you the fix for that problem (found it on a blogsite several months ago; did what they recommended and have had no more ice flow problems in the freezer section)
