Q: Dear all
I like to know if the product with model No JCBS250ST6SS and SN SH509817P is compatible with European voltage (230VAC/50Hz) or (380VAC/50Hz)
we have a device that if we connect to local network on the display appears Bad Line signal
Is it the voltage or the Frequency that create the problem ?
Can you give us a solution to our problem.
