This grill did not come with a propane starter, but a true charcole triller wouldn't need one!

The grill cannot be modified, and you would not be able to switch the table to the opposite side. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

That model does not feature a grease tray. Depending on what you are grilling, you would be able to position a disposable drip pan between the Char-Baskets to catch any oil grease drippings.
