The Water Level sensor is not working properly.
• Turn the machine off, and restart the cycle.
• If the information code remains, contact a customer service
centre.
• When the washer displays the “1C” code, the washer do
draining for 3 minutes. During this time, the Power button is
inoperative.

Check communications between main and sub PBAs.
• Try power off and restarting the cycle.
• If the information code remains, contact a customer service
centre.
DDC, ddC
This message appears when you open the Add Door without
pressing Start/Pause. If this happens, do one of the following:
• To add laundry, press the Add Door to close it properly. Then,
press Start/Pause and try again.
• If you press the Add Door by mistake, press the Add Door
again to close it properly. Then, press Start/Pause to resume
operation.

The MEMS sensor is not working properly.
• Turn the machine off, and restart the cycle.
• If the information code remains, contact a customer service
