3. Heat remaining oil in wok and stir-fry
celery for 1 minute. Add ginger and
garlic and fry for another minute. Add
carrots, peas and corn and cook until
heated through. Add rice and soy sauce
and cook, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.
4. Serve rice in bowls topped with egg
strips and green onions.
