#1 Can the RAM be upgraded in the 13.3" model?
I wanted to know a definitive answer. I like the size of the 13.3" a lot better but 8gb ram is just bare bones. So I talked to Samsung Technical support after a couple of attempts they told me that you can upgrade both the ram and add another ssd if you want. Both sizes of the ion have user upgradable memory!!!! The answer is YES!!! Samsung should really put this information out there and available to the public as there is a lot of confusion and a lot of people will not buy the 13" if they can't upgrade the ram. I was one of those people.
