#1 One earbud is a lower than the other how do I fix that?

You should be able to go in Bluetooth settings on your
phone and adjust it.

#2 Is there a trick to getting the case to charge the earbuds?

No I just charge my case as long as the case is duly
charged the earbuds will charge automatically as long as
they're in the case

#3 How do I know that my TV has a bluetooth?

I would look up the TV model online, first through the
manufacturing companies website to see if your TV has
Bluetooth.

#4 One of my earbuds does not work how do I reset the whole
system

Put them both back in the case, then shut it and reopen the
case, and they should both sync again.

#5 Can you only wear one earpiece and it works? I walk on a
path where I need to hear people passing me and be aware
of my surroundings.

You can,but I used it inside,so I don’t know how well you’ll
be able to hear outside with surrounding noise with only
one ear.
