No I just charge my case as long as the case is duly
charged the earbuds will charge automatically as long as
they're in the case

I would look up the TV model online, first through the
manufacturing companies website to see if your TV has
Bluetooth.

Put them both back in the case, then shut it and reopen the
case, and they should both sync again.

You can,but I used it inside,so I don’t know how well you’ll
be able to hear outside with surrounding noise with only
one ear.
