Disconnect the power cord from the mains socket. Empty the kettle
and allow it to cool down fully.
Do not use wire cloths, abrasive cleaners, thinners, etc. for cleaning to
prevent the surface from being damaged.
Warning:
To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the appliance, power cord, or plug into water or any
other liquid, nor wash these parts under running
water.
None of the components of this appliance is
dishwasher safe.
Wipe the kettle outer surface with a lightly damp cloth as needed
andthen wipe it dry with a clean, dry cloth. Do not press too hard on
the control panel with the display. Wipe the bottom part that attaches
the kettle to the A3 base with a dry cloth only to prevent moisture from

Removing Lime Scale Deposits
As the lime scale deposited on the bottom inside the kettle reduces
the efficiency of the heating element andadversely affects the kettle
lifetime, remove it regularly dependingon the kettle use frequency.
During standard use (3 to 5 times per day), we recommend water
scale deposits be removed:
Once per month in areas with hard and very hard water;
Once every two to three months in areas with soft and medium
soft water.
Toremove lime scale deposits, you can use a solution prepared
fromwater andcommon 8% vinegar or citric acid. The recommended
ratio of water to vinegar is 2:1. The recommended dosage of citric acid
is 2 tablespoons per 1 litre of water.
According to the above instructions, prepare 1l of solution andpour it
into the kettle. Heat the solution to 90°C andleave it in thekettle for
30 to 60 minutes. Then empty the kettle and before further use boil
clean water in it four to five times.
Do not neglect regular cleaning.
