User Manual
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This appliance may only be used by children over 8 years
of age and by persons with physical, sensory or mental
impairments or by inexperienced persons if they are
properly supervised or have been informed about how to
use the appliance in asafe manner and understand the
potential dangers.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without supervision.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. Never use the appliance if the
power cord is damaged.
Warning:
Do not use this appliance near water. Do not use it
near baths, showers, washbasins or other containers
containing water.
• If the appliance is used in the bathroom, unplug it from
the socket after use by removing the plug from the socket,
as the presence of water poses danger, even when the
appliance is turned off.
• To insure additional safety, it is recommended to install an
Residual Current Device (RCD) into the electric circuit to

the bathroom with amaximum current rating of 30 mA.

Additional Important Safety Instructions forUse of the Appliance
• Carefully unpack the product and take care not to throw away any part of the packaging until all the parts of the appliance have been identified.
• Before connecting this appliance to apower socket, make sure the voltage stated on the label of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your
power socket.
• Never use accessories which have not been supplied with this appliance or which are not designed for this appliance.
• Make sure that the mains cord and plug cannot come in contact with water or dampness.
• Do not spray the product with water or any other liquid. Do not submerge this appliance and any of its components in water or any other liquids.
• This appliance is designed for styling hair in ahousehold. Do not use it for any other purposes than those intended.
• This product is designed for household use. Do not use it in industrial environment or outdoors!
• Do not use sprays in the vicinity of the appliance.
• If you will not be using the appliance, turnn it off and disconnect it from the electrical grid. Before cleaning or moving the appliance, proceed in the
same manner.
• Make sure the appliance is fully cold before storing.
• Do not expose sensitive people or animals to hot air.
• Do not place the appliance on or near an electric or gas stove. Do not place the appliance near an open flame or devices or equipment that are
sources of heat.
• Do not use attachments other than those supplied or specified by the manufacturer.
• Never block the ventilation openings of the appliance. Keep the ventilation openings clean. Do not insert any objects into the ventilation openings.
• Do not use the appliance if damaged.
• In no case should you attempt to repair the appliance yourself; do not make any modifications to it – danger of electric shock! Entrust all repairs and
adjustments of this device to aspecialised company/service. Failure to do so will expose you to the risk of voiding the warranty policy.
• Do not place the power cord of the appliance near hot places or over sharp objects. Do not place heavy objects on the cable, position the cord so that
it is not likely to be stepped on or tripped over. Make sure that the cable does not hang over the edge of atable or touch ahot surface.
• Do not disconnect the appliance from the power socket by pulling the power cord - it may damage the power cord/socket. Disconnect the cable
from the power socket by gently pulling the plug of the power cord.
• The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damages caused by mishandling this product or its accessories (injuries, burns, scalding, fire, food
spoilage etc.).

INTENDED USE
• The Sencor SHS 0925RS automatic curling iron is designed for
styling and curling dry hair.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Before first use, remove the curling iron and its accessories from the
packaging and detach all promotional labels and stickers. Make sure
that the flat iron is not damaged.

USING THE CURLING IRON
1. Carefully comb your hair anddivide it into equally thick strands.
2. Press the button to turn the curling iron on. The temperature
indicator light of 170°C will be lit and ashort beep will be heard.
3. Press the button repeatedly to adjust the desired temperature:
170°C–190°C–210°C.
4. The indicator light of the selected temperature will start flashing while
the curling iron is heating up. When it lights up, the curling iron is
ready to be used.
5. Apply aforelock to theheating element and wrap the forelock once.
Be careful not to burn yourself.
6. Use the buttons to select the rotation direction and the curling
iron will wind the forelock onto the heating element.
7. After 3, 6 and9seconds, abeep will sound to alert you to release the
strand. Release the strand as needed.
8. When removing the forelock from theheating element, twist the hair
with your index finger andthen let it down slowly.
9. Repeat the entire procedure with all forelocks.
10. If you plan not to use the curling iron any more, hold down the
button for 3seconds to turn the curling iron off.
11. Allow appliance to cool down on aheat-resistant mat before cleaning
andstoring.
Note:
The curling iron automatically turns off after being idle for
30 minutes. This is normal.
Note:
Use alower temperature for fine or damaged hair. Use
ahigher temperature for thick andfirm hair.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, turn off the curling iron, unplug it and allow it to cool
down.
• Wipe the curling iron with aclean anddry cloth.
Caution:
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the curling iron, power cord or plug in water or other
liquids.
Caution:
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, solvents, etc.
to clean any parts of the appliance, as these could
damage the surface.

• Store the curling iron in adry, clean, and well-ventilated place away
