Important Safety Instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This product must not be used by children. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be carried out by children.
• Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or with alack of experience and knowledge
may use this appliance only if they are supervised or have
been instructed on how to use the appliance safely and
understand the potential hazards.
• Keep this appliance and its power cord out of the reach of
children.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance
with the power cable damaged.
• This appliance may only be used incontainers (pots or
pans) which are at least 11 cm deep or have aminimum
volume of 10 l of water.
• Before removing the appliance from the liquid, pull the
plug from the socket.
• The heating element will remain hot after unplugging. Do
not touch it or place it on flammable surfaces.

external timer switch or aremote control.
• This appliance is intended for household and indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors.
• This appliance is intended for the method of cooking in awater bath, known as sous vide. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those for
which it is intended.
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains socket, ensure that the voltage stated on its rating plate matches the voltage in the socket.
• Connect the appliance only to aproperly earthed socket. Do not use an extension cord.
• Never connect the appliance to amains socket until it is fully assembled.
• Before use, fully extend the power cord.
• Do not connect or disconnect the appliance power cord to or from the mains socket with wet hands.
• Ensure that the plug of the power cord does not come into contact with water or moisture.
• Do not disconnect the appliance from the mains socket by pulling the power cord. This could damage the power cord or the mains socket.
Disconnect the cable from the socket by pulling on the plug of the power cord.
• Do not place heavy objects on the power cord. Ensure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of the table or touch hot surfaces or sharp
objects.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, never immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Always switch off and unplug the appliance after use, when left unattended, before moving, cleaning or other maintenance and handling.
• Do not use the appliance if any part of it is damaged, cracked or not working properly. Contact an authorised service centre.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water above the MAX line. Serious damage to the appliance may occur.
• If the appliance falls into water, immediately unplug it from the mains socket and allow it to dry completely before using it again.
• The cooking container, stainless steel part of the appliance, and food bags heat up during use. Let the container cool completely before pouring out
the water. Use protective kitchen gloves when handling hot parts.
• Do not expose the appliance to extreme high temperatures. Do not place it on or near sources of heat (e.g. stove or heater). Do not expose the
appliance to direct sunlight.
• Use only sealable zip bags or vacuum bags for cooking. Do not use plastic bags.
• Place the container with the cooker only on astable, firm, and flat surface. Never place the container with the cooker on an inclined, uneven or
unstable surface.
• Do not leave the appliance inoperation for an excessively long time. Damage to the appliance may occur.
• To avoid the danger of injury by electrical shock, do not repair the appliance yourself or make any adjustments to it. Have all repairs or adjustments
of the appliance performed at an authorised service centre. Tampering with the appliance during the warranty period may void the warranty.

PURPOSE OF USE
• The sous vide cooker heats and maintains the set water temperature
for cooking/heating food stored in zip or vacuum bags. The sous vide
cooking method (translated as "in vacuum") is aslow cooking method
that ensures food is cooked evenly andretains its natural juiciness.
This cooking method prevents overcooking the outer surface of the
food, preserving its nutritional value and natural flavour.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Before first use, remove the appliance and its accessories form the
packaging and discard all promotional labels and tags. Check that
neither the appliance nor any of its components is damaged.
• Wipe the outer surface of the cooker with aslightly damp cloth and
then dry it thoroughly with aclean cloth.

USING THE COOKER
1. Ensure that the power cord plug is disconnected from the mains
socket.
2. Attach the clip to the edge of the pot and insert the cooker into the
hole – see Figure C.
3. Fill the pot with water so that the water level reaches between the
MIN and MAX marks, which are indicated on the bottom of the
cooker.
Note:
This appliance may only be used incontainers (pots or
pans) which are at least 11 cm deep or have aminimum
volume of 10 l of water.
4. Place the food stored inzip or vacuum bags into the water.
5. Place the pot near amains socket on aheat-resistant surface, such
as awooden board. Do not place the pot on astove, hob, etc.
6. Plug the power cord into the mains socket.
7. Temperature setting: Press the rotary knob once, and the
temperature icon will start blinking. The default temperature is 60
°C. Use the rotary knob to set the desired temperature from 20 to 90
°C.
8. Setting the cooking time: Press the rotary control twice, the cooking
time icon and the numerical value of hours will start blinking. Use
the rotary knob to set the hours in the range from 0 to 99. Press the
rotary knob briefly once, and the numerical value of minutes will
start blinking. Use the rotary knob to set the minutes in the range
from 0 to 59.
9. Press the rotary knob once briefly, the setting will be saved and the
cooker will start. It will begin heating the water, and when the desired
temperature is reached, asound alert will be heard (3 beeps) and the
cooking time countdown will start.
10. Once the set cooking time has elapsed, the cooker will automatically
switch off and the display will turn off. Asound alert will be heard.
• To cancel the cooking, press and hold the rotary knob until asound
alert is heard.
• To adjust the temperature or cooking time, follow steps 7 and 8 above.
• After use, unplug the power cord from the mains socket and carefully
remove the cooker from the clip. Place it on aheat-resistant surface or
metal grille andallow it to cool down.
Warning:
During use, the submerged part of the cooker heats
up andremains hot even after use. Exercise caution
to avoid burns from hot parts.
Note:
Regularly check the water level in thepot and refill it if
necessary.

Changing Temperature Units
• Plug the power cord into the mains socket, and within the first 3
seconds after plugging in, press and hold the rotary knob until
adouble sound alert is heard, indicating achange in temperature units
from °C to °F and vice versa.
Temperature Calibration
• The cooker temperature sensor is extremely accurate andis calibrated
in production. However, if you need the cooker'svalues to match those
on the thermometer you are using, follow these steps to recalibrate
the cooker.
1. Determine the difference between the cooker temperature and the
temperature on the thermometer. You can change the cooker value
by ± 9.9 °C.
2. Press andhold the rotary knob until atriple sound alert is heard. 0.0
°C will appear on the display.
Preparing Food for Sous Vide Cooking
• For sous vide cooking, food is placed in avacuum bag or zip bag from
which air is removed.
• Place the food in the bag in individual portions or smaller pieces. This
will speed up the preparation and ensurethorough cooking of the food.
• Always use sturdy bags designed for vacuum sealing and resistant to
high temperatures (up to 90 °C).
• If using zip bags, first place the food in the bag and then carefully
submerge the still-open bag into the water. Air will escape from the
bag, allowing you to seal it.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, disconnect the power plug from the mains socket and
allow the appliance to cool down.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, solvents, or any substances to
clean any parts of the appliance that could damage the surface of the
appliance. None of the components of this appliance is dishwasher safe.
Warning:
To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the cooker body, power cord, or plug in water or any
other liquid.
Regular Cleaning
• Clean the cooker after each use. Wipe the outer surface of the cooker
with aslightly damp cloth, then wipe it dry with acloth and allow it to
completely dry.
• If necessary, you can remove the plastic cover. Carefully twist the
bottom part of the cooker counterclockwise, pull, and remove the
cover. Wipe the fan with adamp cloth or sponge. Allow all parts to dry
completely before attaching the cover.
Descaling
• After acertain period, it is necessary to descale the cooker. The
frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of the water used.
1. Dissolve citric acid in awater bath (2–3 tablespoons of citric acid per
1 litre of water are recommended).
2. Place the cooker in the pot.
3. Set the temperature to 90 °C and the preparation time to 20
minutes, andstart it.
4. After the cooker finishes, remove it and rinse the stainless steel part
carefully with cold water. Then allow the cooker to cool down and
dry completely.
Warning:
Only the metal part of the cooker may come into
contact withwater. The body of the cooker must not
come into contact withwater!
Storage
• If you are not going to use the appliance for an extended period of
time, disconnect the plug from the mains socket, allow the appliance
to cool down, and clean it according to the instructions in the
“Cleaning and Maintenance” section.
• Before storing, ensure that the appliance and all accessories are
thoroughly clean and dry.
• Store the appliance in adry, clean, and well-ventilated place away
from extreme temperatures and out of the reach of children or pets.
Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The cooker makes
awhistling sound.
This is caused by the motor, fan, and cooling fan
and is anormal occurrence.
The cooker makes
acreaking sound.
The pump body is loose. Turn off the cooker
andwait for it to cool down. Then secure the
pump body. If the sound persists, the pump shaft
may be bent. Loosen the bottom part, press on
the fan until it is centred.
The cooker makes
ahissing sound.
Check if the water level is between the MIN
andMAX marks. Add water to the pot as needed.
The water in
thepot bubbles
