*The frequency of descaling and sanitizing-rinsing your ice machine will depend on your environment. If there is high mineral
content in your water, you may need to descale more than twice a year. If frequent descaling is required, we recommend the
optional IAUCS ( Automatic Cleaning system) for de-scaling at programmed intervals up to once a month. (USE LIQUID FOR
IAUCS) If you have yeast, sugar, flour, or other contaminants in the air, sanitizing–rinsing may be required more frequently.
The LuminIce Growth inhibitor guards the food zone from viruses and bacteria 24/7/365. In addition to descaling and
sanitizing-rinse, always use an Arctic Pure Plus water filtration system for the incoming water supply to your ice machine.
