IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
This appliance may be used by children and by persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or by inexperienced persons, if they are
properly supervised. Take care oftheir safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the charging cable is damaged, have it replaced in aprofessional service centre in order to prevent adangerous situation. It is forbidden to charge
the appliance if the charging cable is damaged.
Keep the charging cable out of the reach of children. There is arisk of strangling.
This appliance is designed forweighing raw materials andsmaller household items. Do not use the appliance for any other purposes than those
intended. Do not use it for commercial purposes, inindustrial surroundings or forweighing animals.
Carefully unpack the product and take care not to throw away any part of the packaging until all the parts of the appliance have been identified.
In use, it must be ensured that the appliance is placed on an even, smooth, hard andstable surface. Otherwise, inaccuracies in weighing may occur.
If the maximum weighing capacity is exceeded, remove the ingredient or object ofexcessive weight from the weighing area to avoid possible
damage to the appliance.
Do not use the appliance to support various items. When storing, it must be ensured that no objects are placed on the appliance.
Keep the appliance away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight and excessive humidity and do not place it in an overly dusty environment.
Do not place the appliance near heaters, open fires or other sources of heat. Only use and store the product away from flammable or volatile
substances.
Prevent the appliance from falling or another object from falling on it. Do not expose the appliance to excessive impacts.
Do not use adamaged or deformed appliance.
Keep the appliance clean. When cleaning, follow the instructions in the chapter “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids or rinse it under running water.
The manufacturer takes no responsibility for any damages caused by incorrect use of the appliance.
Under no circumstances should you repair or alter the appliance yourself. Have all repairs or adjustments of the appliance performed at
aspecialized company or an authorised service centre.
Tampering with the appliance during the warranty period may void the warranty.

Safety instructions when charging the appliance
Use only the supplied charging cable to charge.
Before connecting the charging cable to the charging source (USB charging adapter, not included), make sure that the input rated voltage stated on
the appliance'srating label matches the voltage on the adapter'srating label.
Make sure that the charging cable does not hang over the edge of the table or touch hot surfaces or sharp objects.
Disconnect the charging cable from the appliance by pulling the connector. Do not pull the charging cable.
Only handle the charging adapter with dry andclean hands.
Do not cover the appliance or the charging cable during charging.
The appliance, charging cable or adapter may heat up while charging. This is normal. Make sure to leave aclear space around the appliance to
allow proper dissipation of excess heat. Do not charge the appliance if it is located inan enclosed area.
After charging the appliance, disconnect the charging cable from the appliance connector andthe charging source. Allow it to cool down before
storing it. Always store in adry andwell-ventilated place.
If you will not be using the appliance for an extended period of time (longer than 3 months), we recommend recharging it regularly anyway to extend
the life of the built-in battery.
Special Safety Instructions for the Li-ion Battery
The Li-ion battery is built into the appliance andis an integral part of it, which the user is not allowed to remove.
Follow all the instructions provided in this user'smanual.
Avoid using or storing the appliance in environments where flammable, volatile, or explosive substances are used and/or stored.
Inthe event of abattery fluid (electrolyte) leak, do not touch the battery with your bare hands. Use protective aids (gloves, aprotective mask,
goggles, etc.). The liquid inside the battery is toxic andmay cause health problems even with slight contact of the bare skin withit.
We recommend opening windows or doors to ensure adequate ventilation of the space.
Contact aspecialist hazardous waste disposal company or use ahazardous waste collection facility. Do not dispose of the damaged battery or
accumulator in ordinary household waste.
In case of skin or eye splashes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If ingestion occurs, seek immediate professional medical help.

The kitchen scale is designed to be used for weighing food andsmall
items up to 20kg (maximum).

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the scale and charging cable from the packaging. Check that
the scale or the charging cable are not damaged.
Remove the protective foil or labels from the scale.
Wipe the scale with asoft dry cloth andallow it to charge. Follow the
instructions inthe “CHARGING” section below.

CHARGING
Charge the built-in battery to the full before first use.
Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the (A1) USB-C
connector atthe top of the scale. Plug the other end of the charging
cable (type USB-A2.0) into the connector of the mains adapter
(not included). The recommended voltage of the mains adapter is
5 V/1–2 A.

Once FULL is displayed, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the
charging cable from the scale and the mains adapter.
Charging time is usually 2 to 3 hours.
If Lo is shown on the display, you need to charge the scale.
Note:
The scale can be used during the charging process.
However, due to theattached cable, the weighing may be
less accurate. Inthis case, we recommend keeping the
charging cable stable.
Note:
Wait untilLo” is shown on the display. Do not charge the
scale after each use.
Note:
If the scale is not to be used for along time, we recommend
charging it regularly (at least once every three months) to
extend the life of the battery.

USING THE SCALE
Place the scale on aflat and stable surface.
Press the button to turn the scale on.
As soon as the display shows “0” and the symbol lights up, the scale
is ready foruse.
Place the ingredients to be weighed in the centre of the area.
The weight of the weighed ingredient will be displayed on the display.
If you need to weigh several ingredients in arow andalways start from
scratch, after weighing one ingredient, press the TARA button to reset
the value on the display and be able to weigh other ingredients.
After weighing, short press the button to turn off the scale.
Automatic Shut-off
The scale is equipped with an automatic shut-down function.
Inthe event of inactivity for more than 2 minutes, it will turn off
automatically.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, make sure the scale is switched off and not charging.
Use asoft sponge slightly dampened in warm water to clean the
scale. Wipe dry with aclean cloth.
Caution:
Do not immerse the scale in water or other liquid or
rinse it under running water.
Caution:
Do not use wire cloths, abrasive cleaners, thinners,
etc. for cleaning. Otherwise the surface may be
damaged.
Storage
Place the dry and clean scale with the charging cable in its original
packaging or other suitable packaging material and store it in adry
and well-ventilated place out of the reach of children or pets.
