1. If the indicator light does not illuminate after powering on, please
check if the speaker has sufficient battery power, or connect the
speaker to a 5V/1A power supply for charging. The charging time is

2. If the microphone has no sound, it may be due to the power being
off, the mode being incorrect, or the volume not being adjusted. Please
adjust the microphone volume accordingly.
3. If the microphone has noise, it may be due to ambient noise, signal
interference, or the microphone being too close to the speaker. Please
readjust the microphone's orientation.
4. If you cannot find the P20 Bluetooth name, it may already be
connected to another phone. Please move closer to your phone and
avoid obstacles. Disconnect or turn off the Bluetooth of the other
connected phone and then search for and pair again. Bluetooth
playback may be interrupted because the Bluetooth distance is too
far, or there are obstacles between the phone and the speaker
affecting signal transmission. Please move closer to the connected
phone and avoid obstacles.
5. If it cannot charge, check if the charger is working properly and
whether the red indicator light on the speaker's charging port is lit.
6. After receiving the product, please fully charge it before using it.
7. When the product is charging normally, the indicator light will be
red. The indicator light will automatically turn off when the battery is
fully charged.
