Using the Buffet Warmer
With Warming Pans
• Place the buffet warmer onto a stable,
heat-resistant surface. Place the warming
pans into the pan frame, and then place the
pan frame onto the warming tray.
• Plug the buffet warmer into the mains and
turn the temperature dial to your desired
temperature. The red indicator light will
switch on to indicate the appliance is
heating up.
• Once the indicator light switches off, place
your precooked food into the warming
pans.
• Place the lids onto the warming pans to
help retain heat and keep the food fresh.
• The indicator light will cycle on and off as
the appliance maintains its temperature.
• Do not run the appliance continuously for
more than 6 to 8 hours.
• After use, switch off the appliance and
unplug it from the mains. Allow the
appliance to cool completely before
handling or cleaning.
Using the Buffet Warmer
Warming Tray Only
• Remove the pan frame and warming plans
from the warming tray and place the tray
on to a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Plug the appliance into the mains and
turn the temperature dial to your desired
temperature. The red indicator light will
switch on to indicate the appliance is
heating up.
• Once the indicator light switches off, you
can place your heat-resistant plates,
dishes or precooked food directly onto
the warming tray. Allow the appliance to
preheat for 10 minutes before use.
• This appliance is not designed to heat cold
or frozen food.
• After use, switch off the appliance and
unplug it from the mains. Allow the
appliance to cool completely before
handling or cleaning.
Note: A faint odour may be noticeable the first time you use the appliance. This is normal
and will disappear with use.
WARNING: This appliance gets hot during use. Take care when handling.

Do not place your hand over any steam vents
while the appliance is in use.
Always place on a stable, heat-resistant
surface.
All food placed in the buffet server must be
thoroughly cooked beforehand. Do not use
with raw meat.
Electrical repairs must be carried out by a
qualified electrician. Improper repair may
result in serious risk to the user.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent, or a similarly qualified person.
This appliance is not designed for use with an
external timer or remote-control system.
This appliance is intended for household
and similar applications. It is not suitable for
commercial use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING: Always unplug the appliance
and allow it to cool completely before cleaning
or storing.
• Remove the pan frame, warming pans
and lids and wash in warm, soapy water.
Ensure each part is thoroughly dried before
reassembling.
• Clean the warming tray with a soft, damp
cloth and mild detergent. Do not use
abrasive cleaning detergents, cloths or
sponges, as this could damage the stainless
steel.
• Once everything has thoroughly dried, the
buffet warmer can be reassembled and
stored.
