• ONLY USE SHEETS AND MATTRESS PADS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR
MINI-CRIB MATTRESSES.

• WASH SEPARATELY IN COLD WATER WITH MILD DETERGENT
• TUMBLE DRY THOROUGHLY ON LOW HEAT SETTING
MATTRESS MAINTENANCE:
• WIPE TO CLEAN MATTRESS, SPOT WASH BY HAND WITH WARM WATER & MILD
DETERGENT.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
• THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A FULL SIZE MATTRESS AND MEETS THE REQUIRED
DIMENSION OF A NON-FULL SIZE CRIB.
• ENSURE MATTRESS COVERS OR FITTED SHEETS ARE NOT TOO TIGHT OR TOO
LOOSE OVER THE MINI-CRIB FOR SAFE SLEEPING.
DO’S & DON’TS:
• USE UP AND MIDDLE LEVEL MATTRESS SUPPORT ONLY FOR A NEW BORN
BABY AND NOT MORE THAN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS.
• WHEN THE CHILD IS ABLE TO PULL TO A STANDING POSITION, SET THE
MATTRESS TO THE LOWEST ADJUSTMENT POSITION.
• DO NOT USE BUMPER PADS, LARGE TOYS AND OTHER OBJECTS ON MINI-CRIB
MATTRESSES WHICH CAN BE USED AS STEPS FOR CLIMBING OUT.

1. THE MINI CRIB MATTRESS PRODUCT PROMISE:
• Every Mini Crib Mattress is manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety and is
free of defects.
2. TO NOTE:
• Proof of purchase and proof of product condition may be required to process a warranty claim.
• Please keep your mattress model number and manufacturing date handy when contacting
Customer Support. These can be found on the mattress tag.
3. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Normal wear and tear*.
• Staining, dirt or discolorations.
• Special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
• Damages, malfunctions or defects caused by the result from negligence, misuse, abnormal
use, improper handling or accident, or commercial use.
• Damage caused by teething, belt buckles, water damage, burns, cuts, molds, unsanitary
conditions, dirt, stains, indentations, dents, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, pet
damage, exposure to weather.
• Other accidents caused by outside environmental influences beyond the control of the
manufacturer, including chemical reactions or scrapes and scratching from the use of
changing pads or changing trays.
• Damage that results in burns, molds.
• Any product modification, alteration to the finish, design or hardware of the product, that is
not authorized by Dream On Me or failure to follow the instruction manual, improper
operation or extreme use will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover improper
cleaning including but not limited to the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning
agents.
• This warranty will not apply to commercial use of the mattress like day care facilities, floor
model at a hotel, etc.
• This warranty will not apply if the mattress is purchased by you in a second-hand condition.
• This warranty shall be void if the outer cover of the mattress is machine washed in any cycle
setting other than 'delicate, or dried in a dryer. This warranty will also be void if the mattress
remains in a compressed state in the packaging box received by the original purchased for
more than 2 weeks, or is left to expand in a room without the right temperature settings.
• This warranty is applicable only on claims made by the original purchaser of this mattress in
the United States or Canada.
• This warranty shall not be applicable to any claims in excess of the original purchase price of
the mattress.
• This warranty and its limitations will be modified or removed in any state, country or province
that does not permit such limitations by law.
