Types of Applicable Rivet Nuts
• The rivet nut gun is suitable for copper, aluminum, and carbon steel rivet
nuts. It is not suitable for Hex rivet nuts or Multi-Grip rivet nuts, and it is not
recommended for use with stainless steel rivet nuts. Otherwise, the mandrel
may wear out quickly or even become jammed inside the rivet nut, making
it difcult to remove.
Note: The mandrel and bearings are consumable parts. If the mandrel
threads are severely worn and cannot install rivet nuts, replace the mandrel
or bearings promptly. Before use, lubricate the mandrel with oil and
reapply lubricant every 10 rivet nuts to extend its lifespan. Strictly follow the
maintenance procedures!

Operation Steps
• Note: Installing large-size rivet nuts requires higher working pressure,
while small-size rivet nuts require lower working pressure. Do not use
excessive pressure to install small-size rivet nuts, as it may damage the
mandrel or cause it to get stuck inside the nut, making it difcult to remove.
• In step 3, after installing the rivet nut, the forward switch should be
released in a timely manner to prevent over-tightening, which may cause
the mandrel to get stuck inside the rivet nut.
• Note: The mandrel and bearings are consumables. If the mandrel threads
fall off and the rivet nut cannot be installed, please replace the mandrel or
bearing promptly. Before use, lubricate the mandrel with oil and follow the
maintenance procedure.

Gun Head Replacement Procedure
• The working pressure range is 64-100
psi (4.5-7 kg/cm²)
• After connecting the air source, the
gas flow can be adjusted using the
adjustable speed knob. Turn left to
increase air pressure, and turn right to
decrease air pressure.
• Note: The maximum working pressure
should not exceed 100 psi. Setting the
pressure too high may damage the
mandrel threads.

• Lubricate the mandrel with oil before
use to prevent nut wall wear. Reapply
after every 10 rivet nuts.
• Before daily use or after inactivity,
inject 0.5ml of pneumatic tool oil into
the air intake and run the tool for 5
seconds to extend its lifespan and
maintain performance.
• Note: Make sure to regularly drain
the water from the compressor;
otherwise, excessive water may affect
the lifespan of the pneumatic rivet
nut gun.
Maintenance Procedure
1. Mandrel Threads Come Off
• Cause: Lack of lubrication leads to excessive friction between the mandrel
and rivet nut, causing heat buildup and thread damage.
• Solution: Lubricate the mandrel before use and reapply after every 10 rivet
nuts. Follow the maintenance procedures for longer tool life.
2. Mandrel Gets Stuck in Rivet Nut
• Cause: Mismatched rivet nut size or excessive working pressure.
• Solution: Ensure the rivet nut size matches the mandrel. Reduce the
working pressure if necessary and lubricate the mandrel.
3. Working Pressure Range
• Cause: Incorrect pressure may affect performance.
• Solution: The recommended working pressure range is 64-100 psi (4.5-7
kg/cm²). Do not exceed 100 psi.
4. Rivet Nut Becomes Loose After Installation
• Cause: Worn-out mandrel threads or insufcient working pressure.
• Solution: Check the mandrel threads for damage and replace if needed.
Ensure adequate working pressure.
