1. Please use it indoors, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, and keep it away from any
potential fire source.
2. Please use the 5V/1A adapter provided with this product to charge the water
fountain. Using any other adapter may cause the machine to malfunction or be
damaged.
3. Before installing or replacing the filter, please rinse the filter by soaking it in water for
5 minutes.
4. When using the machine for the first time, the water pump has a 30-second
air-exhausting process, the water flow is relatively small; After 30 seconds, the water
flows out normally.
5. In order to prevent pets from knocking over the water fountain, it is recommended
to place it against the wall or placed in a safe location.
6. Please replace the filter element regularly and thoroughly clean the pump.
7. When cleaning the whole machine, please disconnect the power supply and turn off
the product.
8. Do not rinse or soak the master control module with water; if accidentally getting
wet during the cleaning process, please dry it in time to avoid damage to the
equipment.
9. When you go out for vacation, please ensure the water fountain is fully charged and
check the remaining amount of water.

Remove the Master Control Module from water fountain(or just plug in
without removing). Connect the Type-C cable to the power port and the
adapter(5V/1A adapter included), then turn on the power. The charging
time is about 7 hours.

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
1.Install the water pump to the filter
tray, then fixed the filter tray on the
top of stainless water tank, and put
the filter in place.
Cover the stainless steel
drinking tray to the filter tray.
2.Plug in the Master Control Module.
3.Fill in water to the tank, switch on,
it starts to work.

2.Assemble the Fountain
1. Please charge to it by using the 5V/1A
adapter we provided.
2. After charged, please unplug the
cable and cover the power port with
the silicone lid.

Note:
The filter must be fully soaked for 5 minutes before using the
fountain. Otherwise, the water may not be able to expand through
the filter into the tank to create circulation, which may result in
overflow directly from the drinking tray.

to switch on and off; Short press

When the indicator is in steady red, which is
reminding you to change the filter; Just click the
power button twice to cancel the filter
replacement indicator.
Plug in the power cable, the water fountain enter constant water mode in
default; it flows without interruption while in charging.
Short press the on/off button to switch to sensor water mode. When pets
move within 1m/39in in front of the water fountain (induction angle 120°), it
triggers the sensor mode and water flows for 30 seconds.
Sensor mode works both when plugged in, and unplug after battery
charged.
Short press on/off button to switch to intermittent water mode.The water
fountain flows 30 seconds every 30 minutes.
Intermittent mode works both when plugged in, and unplug after battery
charged.
Please Note: constant water mode only works when plugged in, wireless
mode does not support constant water outlet.

Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Daily cleaning and maintenance
Do not immerse the Master Control Module into water nor in the
dishwasher, keep it dry.
2.Filter Replacement
Turn off the fountain and unplug the power before cleaning.
Take out the Master Control Module of the water fountain, drinking tray,
filter and the filter tray. Put the stainless steel tank, stainless steel drinking
tray and PP filter tray into the water, rinse them ( also could be put into
dishwasher to clean except the Master Control Module and pump ).
①For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter every
15 days. When filter replacement indicator lights up in red, please
replace the filter. Double-click the power button to cancel the filter
indicator light.
②Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon during
transportation.

1.Where to find the replacement filter and pump.
Here is the replacement filter with ASIN: B0DDT58LNN, and pump with
ASIN: B0DDT4XR5N.
2.Water fountain not working
Please check if the water pump is be clogged. Please clean the pump
thoroughly;
Or check if the pump connection pipe is connected tightly. Please
re-insert it tightly.
3.Red indicator lights up through the water level
window
The water volume is below the minimum level or runs out of water,
please refill water in time.
4.Charging indicator does not light up after plug-
ging in the Type-C charger.
Check the adapter is full connected with the outlet, ensure they are in a
good power connection.
5.Pump noise increases and water output
decreases.
The pump may be clogged, please disassemble the pump and clean it
thoroughly.
Troubleshooting
If your cats are wary of new things and it's their
first time using a flowing water fountain, here are
some tips to help them adjust:
1. Start by placing the new fountain a few inches away from their usual
water dish.
2. When refilling the old dish, add slightly less water each day instead of
filling it to the previous day's level.
3. Gradually move the old water dish closer to the new fountain each day
until they're side by side.
4. Keep the old water dish in its spot for a few days to let your cats get
used to the fountain's features like lights, sounds, and moving water.
5. Over time, your cats will grow comfortable with the fountain and begin
drinking from it. Be patient and allow both yourself and your cats time to
adapt. :)

3. Cleaning and maintenance of the water pump
Step 1. Gently break open the pump cover
Step 2. Remove the pump cover. Then open the impeller cover with a
small hard tool.
Step 3. Use the included small brush with soap to clean it under running
warm water.
Note:
Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of the fountain.
Please clean the pump at least every once a week.
