Troubleshooting
1.Where to find the replacement filter and pump.
Here is the replacement filter with ASIN: B0F8QVV6KC , and battery
module with ASIN: B0F8QTZYTS
2. No water flows and the working indicator light is not on.
Please check if the machine is in a shutdown state; or is the power
supply in normal connected.
3. Working indicator lights up but no water flows out.
Please check if the fountain is in a low water level.
4. Charging indicator doesn't work after plugging in the Type-C charger.
Check if the adapter is full connected with the outlet, ensure they are in
well connection.
5. How often should the filter be replaced?
It is recommended to replace the filter every 2-4 weeks and clean the
water dispenser every 1-2 weeks.
6. What happen if the noise increase and water output decrease?
Possible impeller blockage of the bottom Motor, please disassemble the
bottom component and thoroughly clean the impeller according to the
cleaning instruction.

1. Please use it indoors, keep it out of direct sunlight, and away from any
potential fire sources.
2. Please use the 5V/1A adapter provided with this product to charge the
water fountain. Using any other adapter may cause the machine to
malfunction or be damaged.
3. Before installing or replacing the filter, please rinse the filter by
soaking it in water for 5 minutes.
4. For first-time use, the motor will exhaust air for 30 seconds, which
may cause a decrease in water flow. Normal flow will resume soon.
5. In order to prevent pets from knocking over the water fountain, it is
recommended to place it against the wall or placed in a safe location.
6. Please replace the filter regularly and thoroughly clean the bottom
components of the motor.
7. When cleaning the whole machine, please disconnect the power
supply and turn off the product.
8. Do not rinse or soak the Motor with water; if accidentally getting wet
during the cleaning process, please dry it in time to avoid damage to
the equipment.
9. When going on vacation, ensure the water fountain is fully charged
and check the remaining water level.

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
Remove the waterproof silicone lid of the power port on the Motor, connect
the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter
included), then turn on the fountain.
The charging time is 5 hours.
2. Assemble the Fountain
Step 1：Rinse the water tray and
water tank.
Step 2: Fill in the water tank with
an appropriate amount of clean
water (Do not exceed the max
line).
Step 3: Install the filter to the filter
box;
(Please soak the filter by water for
5 minutes before install)
Fixed the water tray to the water
tank.
Step 4: Install the Motor and turn
on the fountain by long pressing
the on/off button for 3 seconds.

Plug-in Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
continuous flow mode.
Just short press the ON/OFF button to switch to other water modes.
Wireless Mode
Built in a 4000mAh rechargeable battery, it can be used wirelessly after
charging.
3.Water Modes Introduction
Constant Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
constant flow mode.
Please Note: continuous water mode only works when plugged in,
wireless mode does not support continuous water flow.
Motion Sensing Mode
Short press the on/off button to switch to motion sensing mode.
When pets move within 0.8 meter in front of the water fountain, it triggers
the sensor mode and water flows for 30 seconds.
Intermittent Mode
Short press on/off button to switch to intermittent water mode.
The water fountain flows 30 seconds every 2 hours.
ON/OFF button
Long press it for 3 seconds to switch on/ off

1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the fountain and unplug the power
before cleaning.
Take off the Motor, water tray and filter.
Clean the water tank and water tray with water.
Rinse the bottom components of the Motor.
2.Cleaning the bottom components of the motor
To extend the lifespan of the fountain, it is recommended to clean the
bottom components of the Motor once a week.
3. Filter Replacement
① For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter
every 15 days.
② Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon
during transportation.
Do not immerse the control panel of the Motor into water, always
keep it dry.
After cleaning, wipe all components with a dry cloth and
assemble the fountain according to the assemble instruction.

2. No water flows and the working indicator light is not on.

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
Remove the waterproof silicone lid of the power port on the Motor, connect
the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter
included), then turn on the fountain.
The charging time is 5 hours.
2. Assemble the Fountain
Step 1：Rinse the water tray and
water tank.
Step 2: Fill in the water tank with
an appropriate amount of clean
water (Do not exceed the max

Rinse the bottom components of the Motor.
2.Cleaning the bottom components of the motor
To extend the lifespan of the fountain, it is recommended to clean the
bottom components of the Motor once a week.
3. Filter Replacement
① For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter
every 15 days.
② Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon
during transportation.
Do not immerse the control panel of the Motor into water, always
keep it dry.

bottom components of the Motor once a week.
3. Filter Replacement
① For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter
every 15 days.
② Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon
during transportation.

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
Remove the waterproof silicone lid of the power port on the Motor, connect
the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter
included), then turn on the fountain.
The charging time is 5 hours.
2. Assemble the Fountain
Step 1：Rinse the water tray and
water tank.
Step 2: Fill in the water tank with
an appropriate amount of clean
water (Do not exceed the max
line).
Step 3: Install the filter to the filter
box;

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
Remove the waterproof silicone lid of the power port on the Motor, connect
the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter
included), then turn on the fountain.
The charging time is 5 hours.
2. Assemble the Fountain
Step 1：Rinse the water tray and
water tank.
Step 2: Fill in the water tank with
an appropriate amount of clean
water (Do not exceed the max
line).
Step 3: Install the filter to the filter
box;
(Please soak the filter by water for
5 minutes before install)
Fixed the water tray to the water
tank.
Step 4: Install the Motor and turn
on the fountain by long pressing
the on/off button for 3 seconds.

Plug-in Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
continuous flow mode.
Just short press the ON/OFF button to switch to other water modes.
Wireless Mode
Built in a 4000mAh rechargeable battery, it can be used wirelessly after
charging.
3.Water Modes Introduction
Constant Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
constant flow mode.
Please Note: continuous water mode only works when plugged in,
wireless mode does not support continuous water flow.
Motion Sensing Mode
Short press the on/off button to switch to motion sensing mode.
When pets move within 0.8 meter in front of the water fountain, it triggers
the sensor mode and water flows for 30 seconds.
Intermittent Mode
Short press on/off button to switch to intermittent water mode.
The water fountain flows 30 seconds every 2 hours.
ON/OFF button
Long press it for 3 seconds to switch on/ off

1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the fountain and unplug the power
before cleaning.
Take off the Motor, water tray and filter.
Clean the water tank and water tray with water.
Rinse the bottom components of the Motor.
2.Cleaning the bottom components of the motor
To extend the lifespan of the fountain, it is recommended to clean the
bottom components of the Motor once a week.
3. Filter Replacement
① For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter
every 15 days.
② Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon
during transportation.
Do not immerse the control panel of the Motor into water, always
keep it dry.
After cleaning, wipe all components with a dry cloth and
assemble the fountain according to the assemble instruction.

Troubleshooting
1.Where to find the replacement filter and pump.
Here is the replacement filter with ASIN: B0F8QVV6KC , and battery
module with ASIN: B0F8QTZYTS
2. No water flows and the working indicator light is not on.
Please check if the machine is in a shutdown state; or is the power
supply in normal connected.
3. Working indicator lights up but no water flows out.
Please check if the fountain is in a low water level.
4. Charging indicator doesn't work after plugging in the Type-C charger.
Check if the adapter is full connected with the outlet, ensure they are in
well connection.
5. How often should the filter be replaced?
It is recommended to replace the filter every 2-4 weeks and clean the
water dispenser every 1-2 weeks.
6. What happen if the noise increase and water output decrease?
Possible impeller blockage of the bottom Motor, please disassemble the
bottom component and thoroughly clean the impeller according to the
cleaning instruction.

1. Please use it indoors, keep it out of direct sunlight, and away from any
potential fire sources.
2. Please use the 5V/1A adapter provided with this product to charge the
water fountain. Using any other adapter may cause the machine to
malfunction or be damaged.
3. Before installing or replacing the filter, please rinse the filter by
soaking it in water for 5 minutes.
4. For first-time use, the motor will exhaust air for 30 seconds, which
may cause a decrease in water flow. Normal flow will resume soon.
5. In order to prevent pets from knocking over the water fountain, it is
recommended to place it against the wall or placed in a safe location.
6. Please replace the filter regularly and thoroughly clean the bottom
components of the motor.
7. When cleaning the whole machine, please disconnect the power
supply and turn off the product.
8. Do not rinse or soak the Motor with water; if accidentally getting wet
during the cleaning process, please dry it in time to avoid damage to
the equipment.
9. When going on vacation, ensure the water fountain is fully charged
and check the remaining water level.

1.Fully Charged Before Using the New Fountain
Remove the waterproof silicone lid of the power port on the Motor, connect
the Type-C cable to the power port and the adapter(5V/1A adapter
included), then turn on the fountain.
The charging time is 5 hours.
2. Assemble the Fountain
Step 1：Rinse the water tray and
water tank.
Step 2: Fill in the water tank with
an appropriate amount of clean
water (Do not exceed the max
line).
Step 3: Install the filter to the filter
box;
(Please soak the filter by water for
5 minutes before install)
Fixed the water tray to the water
tank.
Step 4: Install the Motor and turn
on the fountain by long pressing
the on/off button for 3 seconds.

Plug-in Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
continuous flow mode.
Just short press the ON/OFF button to switch to other water modes.
Wireless Mode
Built in a 4000mAh rechargeable battery, it can be used wirelessly after
charging.
3.Water Modes Introduction
Constant Mode
Plug in the power cable, and the water fountain will automatically enter
constant flow mode.
Please Note: continuous water mode only works when plugged in,
wireless mode does not support continuous water flow.
Motion Sensing Mode
Short press the on/off button to switch to motion sensing mode.
When pets move within 0.8 meter in front of the water fountain, it triggers
the sensor mode and water flows for 30 seconds.
Intermittent Mode
Short press on/off button to switch to intermittent water mode.
The water fountain flows 30 seconds every 2 hours.
ON/OFF button
Long press it for 3 seconds to switch on/ off

1. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
Turn off the fountain and unplug the power
before cleaning.
Take off the Motor, water tray and filter.
Clean the water tank and water tray with water.
Rinse the bottom components of the Motor.
2.Cleaning the bottom components of the motor
To extend the lifespan of the fountain, it is recommended to clean the
bottom components of the Motor once a week.
3. Filter Replacement
① For the health of your pet, it is recommended to change the filter
every 15 days.
② Before replacing the filter, please soak the new filter in water for 5
minutes to remove the powder produced by the activated carbon
during transportation.
Do not immerse the control panel of the Motor into water, always
keep it dry.
After cleaning, wipe all components with a dry cloth and
assemble the fountain according to the assemble instruction.
