2 | Resetting the Wireless Snowplow Remote
TROUBLESHOOTING
HAS YOUR WIRELESS SNOWPLOW REMOTE STOPPED WORKING?
Not to worry, there are several dierent troubleshooting techniques to get you controlling your
snowplow from the comfort of your vehicle.
IF THE LIGHT ON YOUR WIRELESS REMOTE IS FLASHING RED, MAKE SURE THAT:
1. The ground wiring coming from your transmitter box is going back to the negative terminal
on your battery.
2. You have tried changing the battery on your remote.
3. You have tried resetting your wireless remote.
RESETTING YOUR WIRELESS REMOTE
1. Take o one of your leads from the battery (positive or negative).
2. Turn on the remote’s wireless emitter and press the
IN and OUT buttons
simultaneously for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, the wireless remote
light will turn a solid green.
3. Reconnect your lead back to the battery.
If you have attempted all techniques and are still not getting a functional remote, you may need
to replace your wireless remote.
