IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the included basic precautions should
always be followed:
1. READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE IMMERSION BLENDER
SYSTEM.
2. To protect against the risk of electrical shock do not put cord, plugs, or
appliance in water or other liquid. Ensure that appliance does not get wet
(water splashes etc.) and do not use it with wet hands.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning. You might accidentally start the appliance if the unit is still
plugged into the outlet and cause serious personal injury. To unplug, grasp the
plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts. Blades are sharp and spin at a high speed and
can cause injuries.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the
immersion blender to the nearest authorized service facility for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment. A damaged appliance may
cause serious personal injury, start fires, or cause property damage.
7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock or injury. Only items designed for use with this
appliance should be always used.
8. Do not use it outdoors. This unit is designed to be used only indoors.
9. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter. The cord can get
tangled or cause the appliance to fall.
10. Do not let the cord contact hot surface, including the stove. The protective
insulation will burn making the appliance inoperable or unsafe to operate.
11. When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container or make small
quantities at a time to reduce spillage. Hot liquids can spill and cause burns.
12. Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food
to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper.
Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to prevent the
possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to the unit. A scraper may be
used but only when the food chopper is not running.
13. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. Use the blade’s collar to handle. Touching
the blades can cause injuries.
14. Remove whisk from the immersion blender before washing.
15. Always handle the chop/grind “S” blade attachment by the blade stem when
assembling, removing or cleaning.
16. Check chopper bowl for presence of foreign objects before using.

17. Make sure the chopper bowl lid is securely locked onto the chopper bowl
before operating the Immersion Blender.
18. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first
putting the bowl properly in place.

All users of this appliance must read and understand this owner’s manual before
operating or cleaning this appliance.
1. The cord to the appliance should be plugged into a 120 V AC electrical outlet only.
2. If this appliance begins to malfunction during use, immediately stop
the appliance and unplug the cord. Do not use or attempt to repair the
malfunctioning appliance.
3. If this appliance falls or accidentally becomes immersed in water, unplug it
immediately. Do not reach into the water.
4. Do not use this appliance after it has fallen into or becomes immersed in water.
5. To reduce the risk of injury to persons or property, never use this appliance in
an unstable position.
6. Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use. The appliance may
be damaged and cause serious personal injury or cause property damage.
NOTES ON THE PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
NOTES ON THE CORD
A A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be
provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord.
B Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
C. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the cord or extension cord should be at
least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
2. If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a
grounding-type3-wire cord.
3. The longer cord should be arranged so that it does not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped
over unintentionally.

ELECTRIC POWER
If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may not
operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other
appliances.

BEFORE USING THE BELLA IMMERSION BLENDER SYSTEM FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Carefully unpack the Immersion Blender system and remove all packaging materials. Check the contents to
ensure that all parts are present and have been received in good condition.
2. Wash the stainless-steel rod, chopper bowl, chopper bowl lid, chop/grind “S” blade, whisk attachment without
the plastic connector by hand or in the top rack of your dishwasher. Plastic connector should be cleaned with a
damp towel.
CAUTION: Do not touch blades. Use extreme care when handling. Failure to do so can result in personal injury.
3. The housing may be wiped with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: Do not immerse motor housing in water or other liquids.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure the immersion blender is unplugged from the power
outlet before assembling or removing attachments.
1. To assemble the detachable blending rod, whisk or chopper bowl to the motor housing, turn the rod on a
counter-clockwise direction until tightened.
2. Plug the immersion blender into the power outlet.
3. When using the immersion blender with the rod or whisk attachment, simply lower the immersion blender into
your pot or beaker and press the desired speed on the blender.
NOTE: Maximum duration at high speed cannot exceed 1 minute.
Let the unit rest for 1 minute between two consecutive blending cycles.
4. For the chopper bowl, freeze meat or fish partially before processing to ensure chopped (not pulverized)
results. To avoid damage to the chop/grind “S” blade, do not chop or grind hard items such as frozen foods, ice,
nutmeg, hard spices, rice, chocolate bars or coffee beans.
CAUTION: To avoid over-processing, release the speed button and check food consistency periodically.
Although the chopper bowl’s non-slip feet will help to stabilize the bowl during chopping, it is recommended that while
chopping, it is best to hold the motor body handle in one hand and brace the chopping bowl with the other.
CAUTION: NEVER process boiling liquids or extremely hot foods in the chopper bowl.
Cut food in uniform sizes to ensure faster, evenly textured results.
Do not operate the chopper attachment continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to rest for 1 minute
between each use.
NOTE: Do not run the immersion blender without any load for more than 15s.
5. When finished processing, stop the immersion blender by releasing the speed control button.
6. To disassemble, just turn in the blending rod in a clockwise direction
CAUTION: Make sure the level of liquid or food in the container is below the joint of the blender, as this could cause
an electric shock.
To assemble and disassemble the attachments, follow steps 1 to 4.

CAUTION: Due to its design, this product is not suitable for prolonged use. To avoid the handle becoming
uncomfortably hot, use the product in short bursts and allow it to cool as necessary.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any service requiring disassembly
other than cleaning must be performed by a qualified appliance repair technician.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Never immerse the motor base, plug or cord in water or any other liquid.
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable blending rod or whisking attachment.
2. Always detach the whisk plastic connector and clean with a clean cloth, not water. Wash the detachable
blending rod or whisk attachments under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner or detergent.
When finished cleaning the detachable blending rod or whisk attachment, place it upright so that any
water that may have got into can drain out. The blending rod and chopper bowl are dishwasher safe, on top
rack only.
NOTE: Do not soak the detachable blending rod or whisk attachment in water for a long period of time because
overtime the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
3. For the Chopper Attachment, unlock and remove the chopper bowl lid; carefully lift the chop/grind “S” blade
by the stem up and off the center pin.
Clean the blade using a kitchen brush and rinse the chop/grind “S” blade, chopper bowl and lid under running
water after each use.
4. The 7-inch stainless steel rod, whisk attachment without the plastic connector, chopper bowl, and “S” blade are
top-rack dishwasher safe.
5. Wipe the motor housing and whisk plastic connector with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning
as electric shock may occur.
6. Dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
TIP: For quick cleaning between processing tasks, hold the immersion blender in a cup half filled with water and turn it
on for a few seconds.
STORING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unplug and clean unit.
CAUTION: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
2. Never store unit while it is still plugged in.
3. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance. Do not put any stress on the cord where it enters the unit, as
it could cause the cord to fray and break.

SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™ hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS
from the date of delivery, this product will be free from mechanical defects in material
and workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its sole
discretion, SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™ will either repair or replace the product
found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.
The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial
delivery and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase
is required to obtain warranty validation, which commences on the date of delivery.
Retail stores selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way
revise the terms and conditions of the warranty
.
EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any
of thefollowing: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current,
improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly,
repair, or alteration by anyone other than qualified SENSIO Inc. dba Made by
Gather™ personnel. Also, the warranty does not cover Acts of God such as fire, floods,
hurricanes, or tornadoes.
SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™ shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty.
Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration
of the warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply
to you. The warranty covers specific legal rights which may vary by state, province
and/or jurisdiction.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over
thephone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem,
you will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to SENSIO Inc.
dba Made by Gather™. Attach a tag to the product that includes: your name, address,
daytime contact telephone number, case number, and description of the problem.
Also, include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product
with the sales receipt, and send it (with shipping and insurance prepaid) to SENSIO Inc.
dba Made by Gather™’s address. SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™ shall bear no
responsibility or liability for the returned product while in transit to SENSIO Inc. dba
Made by Gather™ Customer Service Center.

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
IMPORTANTES

NOTAS SOBRE EL ENCHUFE
Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una cuchilla es más ancha que la otra).
Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, este enchufe encajará en un
tomacorriente polarizado solo de una manera. Si el enchufe no encaja
completamente en el tomacorriente, invierta el enchufe. Si aún no encaja,

NOTAS SOBRE EL CABLE

ANTES DE USAR EL SISTEMA DE BATIDORA DE INMERSIÓN BELLA POR PRIMERA VEZ
1. Desempaque con cuidado el sistema de batidora de inmersión y retire todos los materiales del empaque.
Verifique el contenido para asegurarse de que todas las piezas estén presentes y las haya recibido en buenas
condiciones.
2. Lave la varilla de acero inoxidable, el tazón picador, la tapa del tazón, la cuchilla en forma de “S” para cortar
y moler y el accesorio batidor sin el conector de plástico a mano o en la rejilla superior del lavavajillas. El
conector de plástico se debe limpiar con una toalla húmeda.

IMPORTANTE: Las cuchillas son muy filosas, manipúlelas con cuidado. Antes de ensamblar o retirar los accesorios,
asegúrese de que la batidora de inmersión esté desenchufada del tomacorriente.
1. Para ensamblar la varilla mezcladora desmontable, el batidor o el tazón picador en la carcasa del motor, gire
la varilla en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que quede ajustada.
2. Enchufe la batidora de inmersión en el tomacorriente.
3. Cuando utilice la batidora de inmersión con la varilla o el batidor, tan solo baje la batidora de inmersión en su
olla o taza alta y pulse la velocidad deseada en la batidora.
NOTA: La duración máxima a alta velocidad no puede exceder un minuto.
Deje reposar la unidad durante un minuto entre dos ciclos de batido consecutivos.
4. Cuando use el tazón picador, congele la carne o el pescado parcialmente antes del procesamiento para
garantizar que los alimentos queden picados, no pulverizados. Para evitar dañar la cuchilla en forma de
“S” para picar o moler, no pique ni triture objetos duros, como alimentos congelados, hielo, nuez moscada,
especias duras, arroz, barras de chocolate y granos de café.
PRECAUCIÓN: Para no excederse al procesar alimentos, suelte el botón de velocidad y verifique periódicamente la
consistencia de estos.
Si bien los pies antideslizantes del tazón picador ayudarán a estabilizar el tazón durante el corte, se recomienda que,
al cortar, sostenga la manija del cuerpo del motor con una mano y sujete el tazón con la otra.
PRECAUCIÓN: NUNCA procese líquidos hirviendo ni alimentos extremadamente calientes en el tazón picador.
Corte los alimentos en tamaños uniformes para garantizar resultados más rápidos y con una textura uniforme.
No opere el accesorio cortador de manera continua durante más de un minuto. Deje reposar el motor durante un
minuto entre cada uso.
NOTA: No haga funcionar la batidora de inmersión vacía durante más de 15 segundos.
5. Cuando termine de procesar los alimentos, detenga la batidora de inmersión soltando el botón de control de velocidad.
6. Para desarmarla, tan solo gire la varilla mezcladora en el sentido de las agujas del reloj
PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese de que el nivel de los líquidos o alimentos en el recipiente esté por debajo de la unión de la
batidora, ya que esto podría causar una descarga eléctrica.
Para montar y desmontar los accesorios, siga los pasos 1 a 4.

PRECAUCIÓN: Debido a su diseño, este producto no es apto para el uso prolongado. Para evitar que el mango se
caliente, use el producto durante períodos cortos y deje que se enfríe según sea necesario.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO PARA EL USUARIO
Este electrodoméstico requiere poco mantenimiento. No contiene piezas que el usuario pueda reparar. Cualquier
servicio que requiera desensamblaje excepto la limpieza debe ser realizado por un técnico calificado en reparación
de electrodomésticos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA
PRECAUCIÓN: Nunca sumerja la base del motor, el enchufe ni el cable en agua ni en ningún otro líquido.
1. Desenchufe el electrodoméstico y retire la varilla mezcladora desmontable o el accesorio para batir.
2. Retire siempre el conector plástico del batidor y límpielo con un paño limpio, no con agua. Lave la varilla
mezcladora desmontable o los accesorios del batidor con agua corriente, sin el uso de limpiadores abrasivos
ni detergente. Cuando termine de limpiar la varilla mezcladora desmontable o el accesorio del batidor,
colóquelos en posición vertical para que el agua que pueda haber entrado pueda drenar. La varilla
mezcladora y el tazón picador son aptos para lavavajillas, solo en la rejilla superior.
NOTA: No remoje la varilla mezcladora desmontable ni el accesorio batidor en agua durante un período prolongado
porque la lubricación de los cojinetes se puede desgastar con el tiempo.
3. Para el accesorio de la picadora, destrabe y retire la tapa del tazón picador y levante con cuidado la cuchilla
en forma de “S” para picar y moler por el eje hacia arriba y fuera del pasador central.
Después de cada uso, limpie la cuchilla con un cepillo de cocina y enjuague la cuchilla en forma de “S” para
cortar y moler, el tazón picador y la tapa con agua corriente.
4. La varilla de acero inoxidable de 17.8 cm (7 pulgadas), el accesorio batidor sin el conector de plástico, el tazón
picador, y la cuchilla en forma de “S” son aptos para lavavajillas con estante superior.
5. Limpie la carcasa del motor y el conector de plástico del batidor con un paño húmedo. Nunca los sumerja en
agua para limpiarlos, ya que puede producirse una descarga eléctrica.
6. Seque bien.
PRECAUCIÓN: Las cuchillas son muy filosas, manipúlelas con cuidado.
CONSEJO: Para una limpieza rápida entre distintos usos, sostenga la batidora de inmersión en una taza llena de
agua hasta la mitad y enciéndala durante unos segundos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE ALMACENAMIENTO
1. Desenchufe y limpie la unidad.
PRECAUCIÓN: Las cuchillas son filosas. Manipúlelas con cuidado.
2. Nunca almacene la unidad mientras aún esté enchufada.
3. Nunca envuelva el cable firmemente alrededor del electrodoméstico. No ejerza ninguna tensión en el cable
donde ingresa a la unidad, ya que podría hacer que el cable se deshilache y se rompa.

mecánicos en el material ni en la mano de obra, y durante 90 días, no los presentará
en las piezas no mecánicas. A su entera discreción, SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™
reparará o reemplazará el producto que resulte defectuoso, o emitirá un reembolso
por el producto durante el plazo de garantía.
Esta garantía es válida únicamente para el comprador minorista original a partir de la fecha
de la entrega inicial y no es transferible. Conserve el recibo de compra original, ya que
se exige una prueba de compra para obtener la validación de la garantía, que comienza
en la fecha de entrega. Las tiendas minoristas no tienen derecho a alterar, modificar
ni corregir de ninguna manera los términos y condiciones de la garantía.
EXCLUSIONES:
La garantía no cubre el desgaste normal de las piezas ni el daño ocasionado por cualquiera
de las siguientes causas: uso negligente del producto, uso de un voltaje o corriente

de funcionamiento, desarmado, reparación o alteración a cargo de personas que no sean

Asimismo, la garantía no cubre actos de la naturaleza, como incendios, inundaciones,
huracanes o tornados.
SENSIO Inc. dba Made by Gather™ no asumirá responsabilidad por daños incidentales
o resultantes ocasionados por la violación de cualquier garantía expresa o implícita.
Salvo en la medida en que lo prohíban las leyes aplicables, cualquier garantía implícita
de comerciabilidad o aptitud para un propósito particular se limita temporalmente
a la duración de la garantía. Algunos estados, provincias o jurisdicciones no permiten
la exclusión ni la limitación de daños incidentales o resultantes, o limitaciones sobre la
duración de una garantía implícita y, por lo tanto, es posible que las exclusiones
