MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking Line Heavy Duty
Wall Shelves
INSTRUCTION SHEET
#385149
Prior to mounting your shelf, verify that you have sufficient structural support in the wall to be able to properly hold the shelf and
its contents.
1. Unpack heavy duty wall shelf/bracket assemblies and screws.
2. Locate the area that the shelf will be mounted to and be sure there is enough structural support.
3. Depending on the surface the shelf is mounting to, use the appropriate wall mounting hardware (not provided).
4. Secure the brackets to the wall, spacing them properly according to the length of the shelf. EAGLE GROUP RECOMMENDS NO FURTHER THAN
3˝ IN FROM THE ENDS. Make sure that all brackets are level and on the same plane.
*** IF YOU PURCHASED A WELDED SHELF, STOP HERE. MOUNTING IS COMPLETE.
5. Once the brackets are mounted, place the shelf assembly on the bracket.
6. Using the hole in the mounting tabs on the bracket assemblies as a guide, drill a 1/8˝-diameter hole in the front tube.
7. Secure the shelf to brackets, using the stainless steel drive screws provided.
8. Test shelf stability BEFORE fully loading shelf for safety.
