This manual covers CRS001 and ATT900 equipped with an Intel Celeron J6412 mainboard, 18.5-inch touch display,
thermal printer, barcode scanner, NFC reader, camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

1 Safety Instructions 1 安全说明
1.1 Electrical Safety 1.1 电气安全
Use only the supplied AC/DC adapter and power cable.
仅使用随产品提供的电源适配器和电源线。
Connect the adapter to a 100-240 Vac, 50/60 Hz outlet. The kiosk input is 12 Vdc.
将适配器连接至 100-240Vac、50/60Hz 插座；设备输入为 12Vdc。
Disconnect power before cleaning, moving, opening or servicing the equipment.
清洁、移动、打开或维修设备前，请断开电源。
Do not use a damaged cable, plug or adapter.
请勿使用损坏的电源线、插头或适配器。
The outlet must be near the equipment and easily accessible.
电源插座应位于设备附近并方便操作。
1.2 Installation Safety 1.2 安装安全
Indoor use only. Keep away from rain, liquids, dust, heat and direct sunlight.
仅限室内使用。设备应远离雨水、液体、灰尘、热源和阳光直射。
Place the kiosk on a stable, level surface and keep ventilation openings clear.
将设备放置在稳定、水平的位置，并保持通风口畅通。
Do not relocate, replace or modify the internal antennas or wireless module.
请勿移动、更换或改装内部天线及无线模块。
Keep hands away from the printer cutter and allow the print head to cool before cleaning.
请勿触碰打印机切刀；清洁前应等待打印头冷却。
There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
设备内部无用户可维修部件，请联系专业人员进行维修。
1.3 Emergency 1.3 紧急情况
If smoke, unusual odor, abnormal sound, liquid ingress or overheating occurs, turn off the kiosk, disconnect the adapter
and contact service personnel.
如出现冒烟、异味、异常声音、液体进入或过热，请立即关机、断开适配器并联系维修人员。

CRS001 / ATT900 is a self-service POS kiosk for ordering, checkout, receipt printing, barcode scanning, NFC reading and
image capture. Functions depend on the ordered configuration and installed software.
CRS001 / ATT900 用于自助点单、结账、打印小票、条码扫描、NFC 读取及图像采集。实际功能取决于订购配置及安装的软件。

3 Installation 3 安装
3.1 Placement 3.1 放置设备
Remove the packaging and place the kiosk upright on a stable, level surface.
拆除包装后，将设备直立放置在稳定、水平的位置。
Leave space around the rear and sides for ventilation and cable routing.
设备背面及侧面应保留足够空间，用于通风及布线。
Keep all cables away from walkways and moving parts.
所有线缆应避开人员通道及活动部件。
3.2 Install Thermal Paper 3.2 安装热敏纸
Press and lift the printer cover.
按下并抬起打印机上盖。
Place the 80 mm paper roll in the compartment with the printable side facing the print head.
将 80mm 纸卷装入纸仓，打印面朝向打印头。
Pull a short length of paper past the cutter and close the cover until it locks.
将少量打印纸拉过切刀，然后合上上盖直至锁定。
Perform a test print and confirm that paper feeds correctly.
执行测试打印，确认走纸正常。
3.3 Connect and Power On 3.3 连接与开机
Connect required LAN and USB peripherals before applying power.
接通电源前，先连接所需的 LAN 及 USB 外设。
Insert the adapter DC plug into the kiosk DC input.
将适配器直流插头插入设备 DC 输入接口。
Connect the AC cable to the adapter and then to a suitable outlet.
将交流电源线连接至适配器，再连接到合适的电源插座。
Press the power switch and wait for the operating system to start.
按下电源开关，等待操作系统启动。

4 Operation 4 操作
4.1 Normal Use 4.1 日常使用
Use the touch screen to operate the installed POS application.
通过触摸屏操作已安装的 POS 应用程序。
Configure Ethernet or Wi-Fi in the operating system network settings.
在操作系统网络设置中配置有线网络或 Wi-Fi。
Present a barcode or QR code in front of the scanner window.
将条码或二维码置于扫码窗口前。
Present a supported card or device near the NFC reading area.
将支持的卡片或设备靠近 NFC 读取区域。
Keep the printer paper path clear while a receipt is printing.
打印小票时，请保持打印机出纸通道畅通。
4.2 Shutdown 4.2 关机
Close running applications and use the operating system shutdown command. Disconnect the AC power only after the
system has shut down.
关闭正在运行的应用程序，并使用操作系统的关机功能。系统完成关机后再断开交流电源。

5 Maintenance and Troubleshooting 5 维护与故障处理
5.1 Cleaning 5.1 清洁
Turn off and disconnect power before cleaning.
清洁前请关机并断开电源。
Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not spray liquid directly onto the kiosk.
使用柔软的无绒布，请勿将液体直接喷到设备上。
Do not use alcohol, abrasive cleaners or corrosive solvents on plastic surfaces.
塑胶表面请勿使用酒精、研磨清洁剂或腐蚀性溶剂。
Clean the scanner window and camera lens gently.
轻柔清洁扫码窗口及摄像头镜头。
5.2 Troubleshooting 5.2 故障处理

Touch not responding 触摸无响应
Restart the application or system. Contact service if the issue
remains. / 重启应用程序或系统，如问题仍存在请联系售后。
Do not open the enclosure to troubleshoot internal circuits. Unauthorized servicing may create safety and compliance risks.
请勿通过打开外壳检查内部电路。未经授权的维修可能造成安全及合规风险。
