background
The SAMS-3-NB-LTE-M Fire and CO Alarm Audio Detector is
designed to monitor your UL-listed fire alarms and CO alarms. It
recognizes UL-compliant T3 fire alarm and T4 CO alarm sound
patterns and sends instant alerts to server, including
normal-frequency and low-frequency suitable for sleeping areas.
Now equipped with OTA (Over-The-Air) capability, the device
enables remote firmware updates for enhanced functionality and
simplified long-term maintenance. It provides a cost-efficient
solution to add existing fire alarm and CO alarm monitoring to
your home without the need to replace the hardwired devices.
The audio detector captures alarm sounds emitted by fire/CO
alarms and transmits a wireless alarm signal to the server upon
detection, ensuring full coverage and reliable alarm reporting via
the NB-IoT/LTE-M network. The wireless, compact design of the
SAMS-3-NB-LTE-M allows for flexible placement and simple
installation, whether on a wall or ceiling, ideally within 15 cm of a
UL-listed fire/CO alarms. With its streamlined and unobtrusive
appearance, the SAMS-3-NB-LTE-M integrates seamlessly into any
home environment, helping users stay informed and protected
