1.6.1 Warrantycard

Theownermustregistertheequipmentbyfillingoutthe"WarrantyRegistrationForm"provided

inthepackaging.Asanewequipmentowner,whenusingthe"WarrantyRegistrationForm",it

mustbefilledoutandsignedbyboththeauthorizeddealerandtheoriginalpurchaser.

2.1 Safetyintheworkplace

2.4 Theuseandprecautionsofpowertools

•

Donotabusepowertools,besuretochoosetheappropriatetoolaccordingtothepurposeof

use.Operatingaccordingtoratedparameterscanensureefficientandsafeoperationofthe

tool.

•

Itisstrictlyprohibitedtousepowertoolswithmalfunctioningswitches.Toolsthatcannotbe

controllednormallythroughswitchesposegreatsafetyhazardsandmustberepaired

immediately.

•

Beforeadjusting,replacingaccessories,orstoringpowertools,besuretodisconnectthe

powersupplyandremovetheremovablebatterypack.Thispreventivemeasurecan

Onlyusethechargingpile(charger)specifiedbythemanufacturerforcharging.Usinga

chargingpile(charger)thatiscompatiblewithacertaintypeofbatterypackforotherbattery

packsmaycauseafire.

•

Besuretouseadedicatedbatterypackforpowertools.Usingamismatchedbatterypack

mayresultinpersonalinjuryorfireaccidents.

•

Idlebatterypacksshouldbekeptawayfrommetalobjectssuchaspaperclips,coins,keys,

nails,andscrews.Theseobjectsmayshort-circuitthepositiveandnegativeelectrodesofthe

batterypack,whichcancauseburnsorfires.

•

Improperuseofbatteriesmaycauseliquidleakage.Avoidcontactwithleakingliquids.If

accidentallytouched,immediatelyrinsewithplentyofwater.Ifliquidenterstheeyes,seek

Donotplacethebatterypackortoolsinafireorhightemperatureenvironment.Exposureto

openflamesortemperaturesabove130°Ccancauseanexplosion.

Strictlyfollowthecharginginstructionsanddonotchargethebatterypackortooloutside

thespecifiedtemperaturerange.Improperchargingorabnormaltemperaturemaydamage

thebatteryandincreasetheriskoffire.



2.6 Maintenance

•

Powertoolsmustberepairedbyqualifiedmaintenancepersonnelusingthesamespare

parts.Thiscanmaintainthesafetyofpowertools.

•

Donotrepairadamagedbatterypackyourself.Thebatterypackshouldberepairedbythe

manufactureroranauthorizedserviceprovider.



3. Notes

3.1 OperatorInstructions

•

Whenusingthemachine,approvedpersonalprotectiveequipmentmustbeused,including

atleastsafetyhelmets,eyeandhearingprotectiondevices,complianttooling,safetyshoes,

etc.Personalprotectiveequipmentcannoteliminatetheriskofinjury,butifanaccident

occurs,itcanreducethedegreeofinjury.

•

Onlyresponsible,trained,familiarwiththeinstructions,andphysicallyhealthypersonnelare

allowedtooperatethemachine.

•

Donotwearclothingwithsafetyhazardssuchasscarves,looseclothing,shorts,andopen-

toedshoestocutgrass,inordertoavoidbeingcaughtbycomponentsduringmachine

operation.Donotusethemachinebarefoot.

•

Whenoperatingalawnmowerinadustyenvironment,alwayswearafullfacemaskordust

mask.

•

Alwaysweargloveswhenhandlingcuttingknives.

•

Whenoperatingthemachine,useearprotectorstoavoidhearingloss.Donotusetheradio

orwearmusicheadphones.

•

Toensuresafeoperation,theoperatorneedstobeattentive,focusedonthemowingtask,

alwayskeepinganeyeonyourdestination,andpayingattentiontothesurrounding

environment.

3.2 Lawnmoweroperation

•

thattheycanprovideassistanceincaseofinjuryoraccident.

•

Personnelwhooperate,maintain,andrepairthismachinemustfirstreadandunderstand

thismanual.Complywiththeuseragerequirementsstipulatedbylocallaws.Themachine

ownerhastheobligationtotrainpersonnelwhousethismachine.

•

Theownerandoperatorofthismachineshouldpreventaccidentsandberesponsiblefor

accidentsorinjuriestothemselves,others,orproperty.

Donotplaceyourhandsorfeetnearrotatingpartsorunderthemachine,andalwaysstay

completelybeforecleaningthemachine.Afterthemachineisturnedoff,thecuttingknifewill

untilyouensurethatthecuttingknifestopsrotating.

3.3 Operatingarea

•

Beforetrimminganyarea,pleasethoroughlycheckwhetherthereareanydangersinthe

area,whetherthereareanyholes,fallingobjects,orhiddenobjectsthatmaycausedanger.It

isnecessarytocleanupdebristhatmaybethrownbythecutter,suchasstones,toys,wires,

etc.

Donotoperatenearpeopleoranimals.Donotmowthelawnwhentherearechildrenor

othersnearby.

•

Planthemowingmethodtoavoiddischarginggrassclippingsontoroads,sidewalks,

bystanders,vehicles,windows,etc.

•

Donotcutanyotherobjectsexceptformowinggrass.

•

Donotletthecutterpassthroughleavesorotherdebristhatmaycauseaccumulation.

•

Whencrossingdirtroads,gravelroads,orpavedroads,pleasestopthecuttingknifefrom

running.

Whenapproachingblindspots,inneropenings,shrubs,trees,orotherobjectsthatmayblock

yourlineofsight,pleasebeextracareful,astheseobjectsmayhindertheprogressofthe

lawnmower.

•

Toreducetheriskofelectricshock,donotoperatethelawnmowerintherain,wetroads,or

wetgrass.

•

Toavoidlosingcontroloroverturning,donotoperateonsteepslopesornearwater.Slow

downandbeextracarefulonslopes.



3.4 Slopeoperation

•

Slopesarethemaincauseofequipmentlossofcontrolandoverturning,whichcanleadto

seriousinjuriesordeath.Operatingonslopesrequiresmorecare.Ifyoucannotconfirm

whethertheslopeconditionsaresuitableforoperation,pleasedonottrimit.

•

Avoidstartingorstoppingonslopes.

•

Itisrecommendedtotrimslopeswithaslopeofnomorethan20degrees.

•

Donotoperatethemachineunderconditionswherethereareproblemswithtirefriction,

steering,orstability.Evenifthecarisparkedonaslope,thetiremayslide.

•

Alwayskeepthemachinerunningwhengoingdownhill,donotslideinneutral.

•

Payattentiontoholes,ruts,rocks,orotherobstaclesthatarenoteasilynoticed,especially

highgrassareaswhereobstaclescanbehidden.Uneventerrainandobstaclesmaycausethe

machinetotipover.

•

Choosetodriveatalowspeedsoyoudon'thavetostoponaslope.

•

Whenthegrassiswet,donottrimonslopes,astiresmayslip.

•

Moveslowlyandsteadilyontheslope.Donotsuddenlychangespeedordirection,otherwise

itmaycausethemachinetooverturn.

Whenloadingequipmentwithgrasscollectionaccessoriesorotheraccessories,extracare



3.5 Childsafety

•

Iftheoperatordoesnotpayattentiontothepresenceofchildren,tragicaccidentsmayoccur.

•

Keepchildrenawayfromthemowingareaandhavethemsupervisedbyadultsotherthan

operators.

3.6 Batteryandchargingsafety

Ifusedimproperly,thebatterymayposeariskoffireorchemicalburns.Donotoverheator

disassembleorburnthebattery.Leaksmayoccurduringoveruse,charging,extreme

temperatureconditions,orwhenthebatteryisdamaged,squeezed,orpunctured.Suchleaks

indicateamalfunctioninthebattery,pleasedisposeofitproperly.



Note:Onlyreplacementbatteriesandchargingpiles(chargers)providedbyFengjiang

Intelligencecanbeused.Chargingbyothermethodsmaydamagethelawnmowerorremote

control.

Safetyregulationsfortheuseofchargingpiles(chargers):



•

Itisstrictlyprohibitedtousechargingpiles(chargers)inrainy,humidenvironments,or

placeswithflammableliquidsorgases,nortoinstallthemoutdoors,inareaspronetowater

accumulation,orinareaswithflammableandexplosivesubstances.

•

Besuretoconfirmtheapplicablevoltagemarkedonthechargingpile(charger),andprohibit

connectingmismatchedACpowersources.

•

Donotuseextensioncordsunlessnecessary.Ifnecessary,ensurethattheratedcurrentof

theextensioncordsmeetstheneedsofthechargingpile(charger)toavoidvoltagedrop,

powerfailure,oroverheatingduetoinsufficientcurrent,whichmaycausefireorelectric

shockrisks.Atthesametime,itisforbiddentousemultiplepowerextensioncordsatthe

sametime.

•

Regularlycheckthepowercordandextensioncordofthechargingpile(charger).Ifany

insulationlayerisfoundtobedamaged,cutorcracked,immediatelydisconnectitfromthe

socketandequipment.Thedamagedpowercordcannotbeusedanymoreandneedstobe

Beforeyoubeginthesesteps,makesureyourDMMcanmeasure

resistanceupto1.20millionohms(Q).

Beforeperforminganymaintenanceorrepair,besuretodisconnectthebatterycable.After

disconnectingthebatterycable,waitfor5minutesbeforeoperatingthemachine.

1. Removedebrisaccumulatedonallcuttingtablecomponents.

b. Verifythatallpowerconnectionsonthemowingmotorandthemowingmotorcontroller

areproperlytightened.Alsocheckthatthecuttingtableisworkingproperly.Ifaloose

connectionisnotfound,continuewiththefollowingsteps.

3. Labeltheconnectionpointsofthemowingmotorcontrollersothattheycanbeeasilyseen

forcorrectreconnection.

4. Toensurecorrectreconnection,labelallwiringwiththeappropriateconnectionpointlabel

instep3.

5. Removeallwireconnectionsfromthemowingmotorcontroller.

f. Measuretheresistance(Q)ofthemowingmotorcontroller

i. First,adjustthemultimetertotheshort-circuittestmode.

ii. Placethepositiveelectrodeofthedigitalmultimeteronthepositiveterminalofthe

mowingmotorcontroller;placethenegativeelectrodeofthedigitalmultimeteron

thenegativeterminalofthemowingmotorcontroller.

iii. Atthistime,ifthemultimeterbeeps,thecontrollerisdamagedandneedstobe

replaced.

7. Ifnoproblemisfound,pleasere-tightenthewiringofthemowingmotorcontrollerandthe

motor.

8. Measuretheresistance(Q)ofthemowingmotor.

a. First,adjustthegearofthemultimetertotheresistancegear.

b. PlacethepositiveelectrodeofthemultimeteronthemotorterminalUandthenegative

electrodeonthemotorterminalV,andobservetheresistancereading.

c. PlacethepositiveelectrodeofthemultimeteronthemotorterminalUandthenegative

electrodeonthemotorterminalW,andobservetheresistancereading.

d. PlacethepositiveelectrodeofthemultimeteronthemotorterminalVandthenegative

electrodeonthemotorterminalW,andobservetheresistancereading.

e. Iftheresistanceoftheabovethreetestsisgreaterthan5ohms,themowingmotorneeds

tobereplaced.

i. Placethenegative(-)dialofthedigitalmultimeteronpin2andthepositive(+)dialonpin

3tomeasuretheresistanceinthesix-pinmotorconnector.Theresistancereadingshould

bebetween800k(Q)and1.2m(Q)ohms.Theresistancebetweenpin2andpins1,4,5,

and6shouldbe0ohms.Iftheresistanceishigherorlowerthantheseranges,themowing

motorneedstobereplaced.

j. Ifsteps1through9havebeencompletedandtheproblempersists,refertothewiring

harnesstroubleshootingprocessbelow.

Theenvironmentwherelawnmowersarestoredshould

avoidthepresenceofcorrosivegases,becausethesegasesmaycorrodethemetalpartsof

lawnmowersandaffecttheirservicelife.

Regularinspectionandmaintenance:

Evenifstoredinthecorrectenvironment,itis
