In the meantime, here a few dos/don’ts
Do: Remove the cooking grids and any flame tamers, briquette trays, zone
separators or heat tents from your grill before installing the griddle.
DO: Place your new griddle in your grill with the grease trough closest to the front
of the grill.
Do: When not in use, remove the griddle and store it in a cool, dry place out of
the weather.
DO: Clean your griddle at the end of each use. Go to www.LeGriddleus.com

Do not: Let the trough accumulate TOO much grease/debris before emptying and
allow the grease tray to cool before attempting to remove it.
Do not: Use the griddle over an infra-red or sear burner.
Do not: Use the griddle on anything but a gas grill.
Do not: Use more than one griddle on your grill at a time!
When using the RSSG4 griddle in the RON series RCS grills, it is necessary to
remove the original flame tamer and replace it with the cut-away one provided in
the Le Griddle box.
