CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet
and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
• Never immerse the kettle and cord in water!
REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS AND LIME SCALE:

discolor. To remove this build-up, use Liquid De-scaler, a simple
to use, non-toxic cleaner.
Alternatively:
1. Pour 1 cup of white vinegar into the kettle and remainder
with water to the MAX ll line (.6L/20 oz.) and allow to
stand overnight. DO NOT BOIL!
2. Empty the solution from the kettle. Any remaining stains

cloth.
CLEANING APPEARANCE OF HOUSING:

mineral-like pieces

hot beverages and
affect the taste. This
kettle is designed with
a concealed element
to reduce scale build
up.
CAUTION:
Do not use chemical,
steel, wooden or
