SCOPE OF USE
• The fruit press is only suitable for pressing pre-ground fruit.
• The fruit press is not suitable for industrial use.

2.ASSEMBLY&OPERATION
• Rinse the fruit press thoroughly with clear water before each use!
• Dress the internal current detectors with a suitable press cloth (if desired).
• Fill the inside of the tub with the fruit to be pressed (already ground!)
• Place a suitable container under the outflow of the press, or place the
press in a large container to absorb the leaking liquid.
• Rotate the spindle using the handle to squeeze the fruit. You may need
additional staff to help keep the press.
• When you reach the bottom of the press plate and want to increase the
pressure further, you loosen the spindle and fill additional fruit.
• Rinse the fruit press thoroughly with water after each use.
3.MAINTENANCE/CLEANING
