GETTING TO KNOW YOUR NINJA CRISPI®
DUALZONE™
1 Remove and discard any packaging material, stickers, and tape from the unit.
2 Remove all accessories from the package and read this manual carefully. Please pay particular
attention to operational instructions, warnings, and important safeguards to avoid any injury or
property damage.
3 Wash the containers, crisper plates, and lids in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
NEVER clean the main unit in the dishwasher.
BEFORE FIRST USE
FUNCTIONS
Air Fry: Give food crispiness and crunch with
little to no oil.
Max Crisp: Add the crispy finishing touch
to meals or melt toppings to create the
perfect finish.
Bake/Proof: Perfectly bake desserts or
prepare bread.
Roast: Roasts meats to tenderize and more.
Air Broil: Uses high heat to sear food quickly
and create a crispy exterior.
Recrisp: Ideal for reviving leftovers. For best
results, check on food regularly throughout
reheating.
Keep Warm: Perfect for keeping cooked food
warm until it’s ready to serve. This function is not
intended to warm food from a cold state.
Dehydrate: Dehydrate meats, fruits, and
vegetables for healthy snacks.

CONTAINER LIDS
• Lids are freezer safe and dishwasher safe (top

• Ninja glass containers are NOT stovetop/broiler
safe.
• Handle glass containers with care. They can
break if dropped, hit hard against a surface, or
struck with hard utensils. Discard immediately if
any damage occurs.
• If a Ninja glass container becomes chipped,
cracked, or deeply scratched, DO NOT use, as
container strength may be compromised and
the container could break or shatter.
• Avoid storing items in the Ninja glass containers
that could scratch or cause damage to the
interior.
• Glassware is not oven safe. DO NOT place
glassware in oven.
NOTE: If a piece of a Ninja glass container
chips or breaks o, use thick gloves and
caution while cleaning up the glass, as pieces
may be sharp. Dispose of glass in a standard
waste bin; DO NOT recycle.

Cooking will automatically pause when
Ninja® glass container is removed from the
CRISPi DualZone Main Unit.

USING THE COOK FUNCTIONS
1 To turn on the CRISPi DualZone Main Unit, first
plug the power cord into a wall outlet, then
press the power button.
USING YOUR NINJA CRISPI
®
DUALZONE™
2 Install a crisper plate in a Ninja® glass container,
ensuring it’s secure and level before adding food.
Handle with care to avoid bending the plate, then
add your ingredients.
3 Align the container with the base guide, and
push container all the way back toward the spine
until it clicks into place.
5 Press the temp button then use the dial to set
the temperature.
6 Press the time button then use the dial to set the
time.
7 Press the dial to start cooking.
NOTE: “ADD POT” will display if the
container isn’t installed properly. Remove
and reinsert it, pushing toward the back until
it clicks into place.
8 To toss or flip ingredients during cooking, pull
the container out of the main unit to pause
cooking. Shake container using the easy-grip
handles or flip foods with a silicone-tipped
utensil. Reinsert the container in the unit and
press the dial to resume cooking.
9 Press +1 min anytime during your cook and it’ll
automatically raise the temperature to 475°F for
the last 1-5 minutes of your cook. Each button
press = 1 minute of boost.
10 When cooking is complete, the unit will
beep and “END” will appear on the display.
The container can be placed directly on any
countertop surface.
11 Eat right out of the container or remove
ingredients using silicone-tipped tongs/utensil
or serve using easy-grip handles.

USING MATCH COOK®
To cook a larger amount of the same food, or
cook dierent foods using the same function,
temperature, and time:
1 Place ingredients in the glass containers, then
insert containers in unit.
2 Select the desired cook function (note that Air
Broil is not available for use with Match Cook).
Press the temp button then use the dial to set
the temperature, and press the time button
then use the dial to set the time.
3 Press the Match Cook button to copy one side
to the other. Then press dial to begin cooking
in both zones.
4 “End” will appear on both screens when
cooking ends at the same time.
USING SMART FINISH®
To finish cooking at the same time when foods
have dierent cook times, temps, or even
functions:
1 Place ingredients in the glass containers, then
insert containers in the unit.
2 Select the desired cook function by pressing
zone on either side. Press the temp button
then use the dial to set the temperature, and
press the time button then use the dial to set
the time.
3 Select the second zone and use the dial to
select the desired cook function. Press the
temp button then use the dial to set the
temperature, and press the time button then
use the dial to set the time.
4 Then press the dial to begin cooking in the
zone with the longest time. The other zone
will display “Hold”. The unit will beep and
activate the second zone when both zones
have the same time remaining.
5 When cooking is complete, the unit will beep
and “End” will appear on the display.
6 Remove ingredients by tipping them out or
using silicone-tipped tongs.
AFTER YOUR COOK
After cooking, let the container and crisper plate
cool completely before washing. To remove the
crisper plate, either reach into the center hole
with your finger and pull up, or insert a fork
into one of the horizontal slots and lift. Handle
carefully to avoid bending.
OR
NOTE: If you remove a container during
Smart Finish to shake or flip food, cooking
will pause automatically. Reinsert the
container and cooking will resume (Smart
Finish sync will be maintained).

• Heat-protectant base on Ninja® glass containers allows you to safely place them on any countertop
surface with no heat damage.
• Easy-grip handles on Ninja glass containers allow you to safely handle containers after cooking.
• For consistent browning, make sure ingredients are arranged in an even layer on the bottom of the
glass container with no overlapping. If ingredients are overlapping, make sure to shake them halfway
through the set cook time.
• Temperature and time can be adjusted at any time during cooking. Press the temp or time button
and use the dial to adjust, or press +1 min to add a minute to the current cook time.
• Check food frequently to avoid overcooking.
• Unit will pause automatically if a Ninja glass container is removed. To resume cooking, insert the
Ninja glass container; unit will automatically resume cooking.
• The crisper plates elevate ingredients in the glass containers so air can circulate under and around
them for consistent, crisp results.
• For best results with fresh vegetables and potatoes, use at least 1 tablespoon of oil. Add more oil as
desired to achieve the preferred level of crispiness.
• For best results, check progress throughout cooking, and remove food when desired level of brownness
has been achieved. We recommend using an instant-read thermometer to monitor internal temperature
of proteins. After the cook time is complete, remove food immediately to avoid overcooking.
• Press the +1 min button any time during cooking to add an additional 1 minute of cook time.

The One (1) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of
SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product
only and is not transferable.
SharkNinja warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year. One (1) Year Limited Warranty period begins on the original date of delivery or pickup
when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements
outlined in the Owner’s Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
California Residents Only: The One (1) Year Limited Warranty period begins on the original date of
delivery or pickup.
What is covered by this warranty?
1. The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in SharkNinja’s sole discretion,
will be repaired or replaced up to one (1) year from the original date of delivery or pickup.
2. In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months following the
receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later.
SharkNinja reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
What is not covered by this warranty?
1. Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as blending vessels, lids, cups, blades, blender
bases, removable pots, racks, pans, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement
to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty. Replacement parts

2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance
(e.g., failure to keep the well of the motor base clear of food spills and other debris), or damage
due to mishandling in transit.
4. Consequential and incidental damages.
5. Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja. These defects include damages
caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the SharkNinja product (or any of its parts)
when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by SharkNinja.
6. Products purchased, used, or operated outside North America.

SharkNinja will cover the cost for the customer to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. A fee

You must call 1-877-646-5288 to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase.
We also ask that you register your product online at sharkninja.com and have the product on hand

How state law applies
This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
• Does the unit need to preheat?
No, the unit does not need to be preheated.
• How do I pause the countdown?
Removing the container from the base during cooking will pause the cook function.
• Are the glass containers safe to put on my countertop?
Yes, the heat-protectant base on the Ninja® glass containers allows them to be placed on any
countertop during or after cooking.
• How do I know when to use the crisper plate?
Use the crisper plate when you want food to come out crispy. The plate elevates the food in the
basket so that air can flow under it to cook ingredients evenly.
• My food didn’t cook.
Make sure the Ninja glass container is properly installed during cooking. For consistent browning,
make sure ingredients are arranged in an even layer on the bottom of the container with no
overlapping. Use easy-grip handles on glass containers to shake to toss loose ingredients for
consistent crispiness. Cook time and temperature can be adjusted at any time during cooking.
Simply press the time or temp button and use the dial to adjust.
• My food is burned.
For best results, check progress throughout cooking, and remove food when desired level of
brownness has been achieved. Remove food immediately after the cook time is complete to avoid
overcooking.
• Why do some ingredients blow around when air frying?
Occasionally, the fan from the air fryer will blow lightweight foods around. Use toothpicks to secure
loose lightweight food, like the top slice on a sandwich.
• Can I air fry fresh battered ingredients?
Yes, but use the proper breading technique. It is important to coat foods first with flour, then with
egg, and then with bread crumbs. Be sure to press the bread crumbs onto the food so they stick in
place. Loose breading may be blown o by the unit’s powerful fan.
• Why is the unit beeping?
The unit beeps when the cook function starts and again when the cook function is complete.
• The screen went black.
The unit is in standby mode. Press the START/POWER button to turn it back on.
• An “E” message appears on display screen.
The unit is not functioning properly. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-646-5288.
• An “ADD POT” message appears on display screen.
The glass container is not installed properly. Remove and reinsert it, pushing it toward the back until
it clicks into place.
