之前，请认真阅读本用户手册。当您开始使用本产品时，本公司认为您已经认
真阅读了本用户手册。
二、请您在购买产品后一个月内，认真填写“产品三包凭证回执”并邮寄或送到本
公司进行登记，以便为您提供更好的服务。
三、本说明书所涵盖的内容均是以此手册编写时最新信息为准，产品如有变动，恕

四、本耳机的电源接口是为内置电池充电而设计的，请使用电脑 USB 端口或符合国
家规范的电源适配器为本机充电，请勿接入其他供电设备，否则将有可能造成
无法充电或数据和硬件损坏等不可挽回的后果，对此本公司不承担任何责任。
五、请用户切勿自行维修，切勿自行拆开产品，否则我们将无法为您提供正常的售
后服务。
本公司不对此文档中出现的编辑错误或疏忽负责；鉴于产品的不断改进，本公司

注意事项
本产品是精密电子产品，使用中需要特别注意：
1 请将产品远离电磁环境；远离过度潮湿、烟尘等恶劣环境；
2 请不要分离或改造产品；
3 请勿使用任何腐蚀性或磨损性清洁剂清洁本机；
4 该设备不应浸入水中；
5 请不要使用过大的力度挤压产品；
6 请不要将产品放在直射阳光下或置于火烤环境，请远离高温和低温环境；
7 请不要剧烈震动或撞击产品；
8 建议在使用产品之前先将本机音量调低，开始收听后逐渐增加音量，到适合为止。
为了保护听力，请不要将音量调的太高（医生指出，长时间使用较大音量收听
会损伤听者的听力）。出现耳鸣时，请调低音量或停止使用；
9 确保本产品放置安全，避免儿童触摸发生意外及跌落；
10 本机 USB 与电脑连接时间过长机身会发热，建议完成充电后，请从 USB 接口
拔除，请勿过长时间充电；
11 请勿擅自拆卸本机，否则会失去保修的权利，如有任何疑问请与经销商联系；
12 因为产品的性能和功能而发生的变化，将不另行通知，如发现说明书与实物不符，
请以实物为准；
13 在驾驶、骑行、操作机器或者从事需要注意外界声音的工作时，请勿使用耳机；
14 电池充电注意事项：
A 本机电池采用的是聚合物锂电池，可重复充电使用。在前几次充电必须充

够 2 小时以上，并且每次要用完电池的电量再进行充电，可以延长寿命；
B 充满电后建议继续充半小时，以保证更长的播放时间；
C 锂电池须由客服人员更换，用户不可自行更换（注意：如果电池更换不当
会有爆炸危险，只能用同样类型或等效类型的电池来更换）；为保护环境，
废弃电池请交给专业机构回收处理；
D 电池的寿命可能会随使用条件、生产时间的不同而有所不同。
E 请按当地规定处理回收电池；请不要把电池作为生活垃圾处理或扔入火中，
以免爆炸。
15 充电 : 本机可通过使用符合国家标准的 5V1A 或以下的适配器进行充电 , 在充电
的过程中，产品有一定的升温 , 属于正常现象；
16 本品如长时间不使用，应每隔 3 个月为产品充一次电，以保证电池性能；
17 本产品可能会由于软件的更新而导致实际使用与说明书内容产生差异，请以购
买的产品为准，操作指南仅供参考。

充电
开机首次使用（或者很长一段时间没使用时），使用前请将耳机连接充电线为
蓝牙耳机充电约 2 小时。常用的充电方法如下图所示三种。

开关机
开机：从充电仓开盖取出耳机，耳机自动开机。仓外关机状态下长按功能键
3 秒开机。
关机：将耳机放入充电仓耳机关机，或在开机非播放状态下长按多功能键约
5 秒关机。
蓝牙配对
第一次配对：
首次使用，耳机从电池仓取出后会自动开机，然后进入蓝牙配对状态，进
入等待配对状态，此时耳机白灯闪烁。然后打开手机蓝牙，进行蓝牙设备
搜索，在可配对 设备列表中选择“GS20”进行连接即可。成功连接后系
统会提示“已连接”同时耳机指示灯熄灭。
OPERATING
基本操作
提示：
·图示中的电源适配器、PC、车充均非标准配件，如有需要请另行购买。
·请使用符合国家标准的 5V1A 规格的适配器为本机充电。否则可能产生产
品损坏等风险。
·充电时红灯闪烁，满电时蓝灯长亮。
·如长时间不使用本机，请三个月为本机充电一次。
·此耳机支持 OVP 过压保护，当充电适配器电压超过 6V，耳机会进入充电
保护状态 , 保护耳机不被损坏 , 此时将不能给耳机充电。更换 5V 充电器
或者连接电脑 USB 口即可恢复充电 .

自动回连：
如您已经连接过此蓝牙耳机，再次使用时，从充电仓取出耳机后即可跟您
的手机自动进行回连。您无需重新配对连接。
注意：如果耳机开机状态下 5 分钟内没有连接任何设备，耳机即自动进入关机
状态。
连接两台手机（双路传输）
1、首先按照“第一次配对”操作说明完成第一台手机连接。
2、关闭第一台已联接的手机的蓝牙功能，让耳机进入配对状态，然后连接
第二台手机。
3. 第一台手机打开蓝牙手动操作手机来连接耳机。
接听或挂断或拒接电话
来电时，短按多功能键（L / R）即可接听电话。
通话时，双击多功能键（L / R）即可挂断电话。
在来电时，长按多功能键（L / R）2 秒可以拒接来电。
在通话中，长按多功能键（L / R）2 秒可以切换耳机 / 手机听筒通话。
音量控制
在音乐播放或通话状态下，短按多功能键（R）增加音量，短按多功能键（L）
减小音量。
上下曲 在音乐播放状态下，长按 1.5s 多功能键（R）切换到下一曲，长按多
1.5s 功能键（L）切换到上一曲。
播放 / 暂停 音乐播放状态下，双击多功能键（L/R）即可播放 / 暂停音乐。
语音助手 三击多功能键（L/R）可唤醒语音助手（请确认手机支持此功能）。

故障排除
1. 左右耳机无法连接
同时复位左右耳机，放入充电， 同时拿出左右耳机静待 20 秒左右耳成功连
接后， 即可正常使用。
游戏模式 四击多功能键（L/R）可在游戏模式和普通模式间切换。
清除手机配对信息 开机状态 8 击功能键（L/R）可清除连接信息并关机（复位）

如果耳机存在连接或功能问题 , 请重置耳机 :
1. 删除设备上的蓝牙配对信息 , 并关闭设备蓝牙功能。
2. 将耳机放入充电盒充电。
3. 打开设备的蓝牙功能。
4. 拿出耳机 , 等待 20 秒后 , 重新与设备配对连接。

2. 只有一只耳机有声音
第一次使用， 必须左右耳机同时拿出充电仓后再与手机连接。
3. 耳机音量小
检查手机是否关闭了音量保护， 同时开启音量蓝牙同步设置。
4. 耳机有杂音
关闭手机及手机播放器音效设置， 骨传导耳机加入过度音效有可能 会引起
干 涉杂音。
5. 播放中断联或卡顿
耳机播放过程请勿触碰耳机柄位置， 耳机柄位置为天线位 . 触碰容易造成耳
机播放卡顿 . 同时耳机处于强力 2.4G 干扰源附近也容易卡顿 。 如 2.4G 路
由器附近 。
6. 请经常清洁耳机和充电盒的充电触点 , 以避免充电失败。

服务条款
爱悦诗科技产品标准保修服务承诺
尊敬的客户：您好！
感谢您购买和使用 aigo 蓝牙耳机产品，为了保护您的合法权益，北京爱悦诗
科技有限公司（以下简称爱悦诗科技）向您作出下述产品标准保修服务承诺，
内容包括阳光服务承诺、特别提醒、服务流程和说明四个部分，并在您需要时
据此提供服务。
爱悦诗科技阳光服务承诺
爱悦诗科技郑重承诺：
一、本产品的三包服务承诺期限自购买之日起生效，日期以正式购机发票记载
日期为准，您接受服务的凭证为正式购机发票和信息填写完整并经爱悦诗科
技或经销商盖章的有效三包凭证。
二、产品的三包服务期限：主机 15 天内保换，十二个月保修，线材配件一个
月保换。服务期限如有变更恕不另行通知，以所购买产品附带的三包凭证
和说明书记载内容为准。
三、所购产品在三包服务期限内正常使用和维护情况下，由于本机元器件所引
发之故障，经爱悦诗科技技术人员检测确定后，可以享受免费服务。
四、七日内免费退货；自产品三包服务承诺生效之日起七日内（含），如果产品
出现故障，您可以选择维修、更换或退货。
五、三包期限内维修两次以上免费更换：在产品三包有效期限内，如果产品出

现故障，并经爱悦诗科技客服中心维修两次后，仍不能正常使用时，您可
以选择更换或维修。
特别提醒
一、请您协助销售商完整填写三包凭证、索要正式购机发票并妥善保管，并在
每次接受服务时务必携带！如您不能出示正式购机发票、有效三包凭证或
所记载的信息与故障设备不符合，或被涂改、模糊不清、无法辨认，则该
故障设备的三包服务期限将以该产品序列号所代表的生产日期向后顺延一
个月为起始时间。
二、以下情况不在三包服务范围内：
1、已经超出三包有效期限和免费维修期限；
2、无正式购机发票和有效三包凭证的 ( 以产品序列号判断尚处在三包期
内的除外 )；
3、涂改三包凭证或三包凭证记载的序列号与产品本身不符；
4、未按产品使用的要求使用、维护、保管而造成损坏的；
5、人为引起的损坏；
6、因不可抗力造成的损坏；
7、经非爱悦诗科技授权的服务人员、修理、改动、改装或拆卸。
三、随机操作系统及软件出现故障时，在三包期内，爱悦诗科技可提供免费的
软件恢复服务，但不作为爱悦诗科技《爱悦诗科技阳光服务承诺》兑现的
依据；设备的辅助部件和其他部件出现故障不作为主机服务承诺兑现的依
据。
四、爱悦诗科技不对用户及经销商的特殊、意外或间接损失负责。

五、爱悦诗科技对偶然发生的或随之而来的损坏或预计会得到的利益或利润的
损失，录音、谈话隐私的损失或损害，由于使用或无法使用产品导致的工
作停止或数据的损失或损坏等情况不负法律责任。同时，对故障产品的维
修过程会造成产品内存储的内容丢失，请客户事先备份，爱悦诗科技不负
责赔偿使用或维修过程中任何因数据丢失而导致的损失，也不对由此而造
成的其它间接损失负责。
六、您在购买本产品时，如销售商向您作出一些超出本承诺以外的其他承诺，
请您向销售商索要书面证明，以保证销售商对这些额外的承诺负责，爱悦
诗科技对此不承担责任。
七、为了您的利益，避免您维修等待时间，爱悦诗科技服务机构可视情况，采
用产品更换方式为您发生故障的属于保修范围的产品提供保修服务，保修
期间不超过两次的此类更换应视为维修，且更换后的产品三包期限不另作
延长。如果您不同意此方式，请务必要求对原产品进行维修而非更换。
八、其他注意事项：
1. 爱悦诗科技的所有产品均为送修服务，不提供上门服务，并且不承担送修
过程中产生的交通运输等费用；爱悦诗科技客户服务中心不提供包括但不
限于音频、视频、软件、固件等下载服务；不提供除爱悦诗科技正式承诺
由客户服务中心进行的升级服务之外的任何升级服务。
2. 产品出现故障的日期以送达爱悦诗科技客户服务中心之日为准。
3. 在您送修产品时，请务必留下方便与您联系的电话号码，以便维修结束后
能够及时通知您取机。请您在收到通知后一周内到受理点领取，超过三个
月未领取的，爱悦诗科技及负责提供服务的销售商将不再承担保管责任（用

户与销售商有事先约定的除外）。
4. 如您的产品符合三包承诺中的退货条件，且您不同意更换或维修，选择退
货时，请您携带爱悦诗科技客服中心出具的故障证明（维修服务单）、故
障设备及其全部物件到购机销售商处，销售商将免费为您退货，并按照购
买价格（以正式发票所记载的价格为准）一次性退清货款；超出三包服务
范围的，您可选择有偿服务。
服务流程
尊敬的用户，当您的产品出现问题时：
一、您可以登录官方微信服务号与爱悦诗科技的专业技术人员取得联系。
A 爱悦诗科技客户服务中心的技术人员通过官方服务号为您解答您的疑
问及问题。
B 爱悦诗科技客户服务中心的技术人员通过官方服务号不能够为您解决
问题，爱悦诗科技的工作人员将为您提供距离您最近的服务站为您检
测解决。
二、可以直接与您的销售商取得联系。
A 爱悦诗科技的销售商会帮助您检测机器解决问题。
B 爱悦诗科技的销售商不能够为您检测机器解决问题，销售商将负责将
机器返回爱悦诗科技服务站，由爱悦诗科技服务站的专业技术人员检
测解决问题。
三、您可以直接将机器带到当地的爱悦诗科技客户服务中心或服务站，由服务
站的工作人员为您检测解决问题。

声明：
一、本承诺仅适用于在中华人民共和国境内（港、澳、台地区除外）购买及使
用的产品。如国家法律另有规定的，按照国家的相应法律执行。
二、除非本保修服务承诺中明确表示，爱悦诗科技不做任何其它明示或暗示的
保证，包括对产品的可销性和对某一特定用途的适用性的暗示保证。
三、在免费保修期内，爱悦诗科技或其授权服务机构拥有更换后的故障件的所
有权及处置权。
四、对于上述承诺内容的最终解释权归爱悦诗科技所有。
本产品中预置的所有作品之版权归相应的版权人所有，受《中华人民共和国著
作权法》保护，我公司出售本产品的行为不代表向用户转让或授予与作品版权
相关的任何权利。

阳光服务内容
一、北京爱悦诗科技有限公司（以下简称爱悦诗科技）郑重承诺，爱悦诗科技系列产品的三包服务
期限自购买之日起生效，日期以正式购机凭证记载日期为准，您接收服务的依据为正式购机凭
证和信息填写完整并经爱悦诗科技或经销商盖章的有效三包凭证。三包期限（不包含附件，所
有保换期均包含在保修期内），详见背面附表。
二、所购的产品在三包期内正常使用和维护下，由本机元器件所引发的故障，经爱悦诗科技技术人
员检验确认，可免费维修及更换零配件。
三、 以下情况不在三包范围内：
（1）超过三包有效期的；
（2）涂改三包凭证，序列号与产品本身号码不符，及产品本身无序列号；
（3）因未按使用说明书操作，或安装错误引发的损坏；
（4）无有效三包凭证及有效发票（能够证明该产品在三包有效期内的除外）；
（5）人为引起的损坏；
（6）因不可抗力造成的损坏；
（7）经非爱悦诗科技授权服务人员维修、改动、 改装或拆卸，防拆贴损坏；
（8）在恶劣的条件（如油烟、热、尘、液体等）下使用产生的故障；
（9）易损件的更换；
（10）属其他非本公司所制造的产品引起 的故障四、爱悦诗科技不对用户及经销商的特殊、意
外或间接损失负责。
五、 凡在爱悦诗科技或经销商处购买的该产品，在有效的三包期内，爱悦诗科技都该提供该产品的
正常保修服务。
六、以上保修内容仅限于本凭证上所写的三包期内以及由爱悦诗科技客户服务中心所提供的服务。
如有问题请在相应的时间内与爱悦诗科技客户服务中心联系。
七、该产品实行全国联保，凡在爱悦诗科技所设各地服务中心均可获得相关服务。
八、该内容如有变动，恕不另行通知。
九、本三包凭证所有内容解释权归爱悦诗科技所有

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
This product is a precision electronic product and requires special
attention in use.
1. Keep the product away from electromagnetic environments,
excessive humidity, smoke, and other harsh environments.
2. Do not separate or modify the product.
3. Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the
unit.
4. The device should not be immersed in water.
5. Do not apply excessive force to the product.
6. Do not place the product in direct sunlight or under re, and keep it
away from high and low-temperature environments.
7. Do not violently shake or impact the product.
8. It is recommended to lower the volume before using the product.
Gradually increase the volume until it is suitable. To protect your
hearing, do not turn the volume up too high (it is known that long-
term listening to high volumes can damage your hearing). If you
experience tinnitus, decrease the volume or stop using it.
9. Ensure the product is securely placed to prevent children from
touching it or dropping it.
10. The unit will get hot if it is connected to the computer for a long
time, under normal circumstances the unit will be charged in 2
hours.

11. Do not disassemble the product without permission, otherwise, the
warranty will be voided. If you have any questions, please contact
the dealer.
12. Changes in the performance and functionality of the product will
not be notified separately. If the manual differs from the actual
product, please refer to the actual product.
13. Do not use headphones while driving, riding a bike, operating
machinery, or engaging in activities that require attention to
external sounds.
14. Battery charging precautions:
A. The device uses a polymer lithium battery that can be recharged
repeatedly. In the first few charges, it must be charged for at
least 2 hours, and every time the battery is used up, it should be
recharged, which can extend its lifespan.
B. It is recommended to continue charging for half an hour after a
full charge to ensure longer playback time.
C. The lithium battery must be replaced by customer service
personnel, and users cannot replace them by themselves.
(Note: If the battery is replaced improperly, there is a risk of
explosion. Only use the same type or equivalent type of battery
for replacement). To protect the environment, please recycle the
waste battery through a professional organization.
D. The battery life may vary depending on usage conditions and
production time.

E. Please dispose of the recycled battery in accordance with local
regulations. Do not treat the battery as household waste or
throw it into a re to avoid an explosion.
15. Charging: The product can be charged using an adapter that meets
national standards of 5V1000mA or below. Regardless of whether
the product is turned on or not, when you connect it to the adapter,
the product will start charging. During the charging process, the
product may warm up slightly, which is normal.
16. If the product is not used for an extended period, charge it every
three months to ensure battery performance.
17. The product's actual use may differ from the instructions due to
software updates. Please refer to the purchased product, and the
operation guide is for reference only.

The first time you use the headset (or when not used for a long time),
please use the 5V/1000mA adapter connected to charge about 2 hours .
Note:

OPERATING
On/O
Power on:
Take out the earbuds from the charging case to automatically power
on. To turn on manually, keep the function key pressed for 3 seconds
when the earbuds are outside the battery case and powered o.
Power O:
Place the earbuds back into the charging case to turn them o, or hold
down the multifunction key for about 5 seconds in the non-playback
state to power o.
Pairing
First pairing:
The earphones automatically searches for BT device when turned
Please use a 5V1A standard adapter to charge the device in accordance with national
standards. Otherwise, there may be risks such as product damage.
The red light will flash while charging and the blue light will remain on when fully charged.
If the device is not used for a long time, please charge it once every three months.
This headset supports OVP overvoltage protection. When the charging adapter voltage
exceeds 6V, the headset will enter a charging protection state to protect it from damage and
cannot be charged at this time. Replace the 5V charger or connect the computer USB port to
restore charging.

Automatic reconnection:
If you have already connected this earphones, when you use it again, the
h earphones will automatically connect back to your phone after being
turned on. You do not need to pair again.
Note:
If no devices are connected within 5 minutes of the earphones being turned on, the earphones
will automatically shut down.
Connecting two smartphones
Press the power button for 3 seconds while the phone is o, to put
the headphones into pairing mode, and then connect to the rst
smartphone.
Turn o the Bluetooth function on the rst connected smartphone to
put the headphones into pairing mode, and then connect to the second
smartphone.
On the rst smartphone, turn on Bluetooth and manually operate the
phone to connect to the headphones.
Answer, hang up, or reject calls

When a call comes in, press the multifunction key (L/R) briefly to
answer the phone. During a call, double-click the multifunction
key (L/R) to hang up. When a call comes in, press and hold the
multifunction key (L/R) for 2 seconds to reject the call.During a

Volume control

Game mode
Tap the multifunction key (L/R) four times to switch between game mode
and regular mode.
Voice Assistant
Triple-clicking the multifunction key (L/R) will wake up the voice

Clear the phone pairing information
Press the function key (L/R) 8 times while the phone is powered on to
clear the pairing information and perform a reset.

Reset
If there are any connectivity or functional issues with the Earphones,
please reset them
1. Remove the Bluetooth pairing information from your device and
turn o Bluetooth.
2. Place the Earphones in the charging case to charge.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
4. Take out the headphones and wait for 20 seconds before

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Left and right earbuds cannot connect
Reset both left and right earbuds, place them in the charging case,
then take them out and wait for about 20 seconds before successfully
connecting. After successful connection, they can be used normally.
2. Only one earbud has sound
When using for the rst time, you must take both left and right
earbuds out of the charging case before connecting to the phone.
3. Earbud volume is low
Check if the phone has turned o volume protection and turn on
volume Bluetooth synchronization settings.
4. Earbuds have noise interference
Turn o sound eects settings on the phone and the phone player.
Excessive sound eects in bone conduction earphones may cause
interference and noise.
5. Playback interruptions or stuttering
Do not touch the earbud handle during playback, as the handle area
is the antenna position. Touching it easily causes stuttering. Also,
placing the earbuds near strong 2.4G interference sources, such as a
reconnecting to the device.
