d. Ensure the LED indicator,
device SN, and sensor windows
align properly as shown in Fig 4.
e. Adjust the collar so the pulse
sensor rests firmly against your
pet’s neck or shoulder area
shown in Fig 5.

Guide for Wagguracy Mobile APP
• Prepare Your APP
◦ Download and install the Wagguracy app from the
Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
◦ Log in the APP with your account or create an
account for the first access.
◦ Press and hold the side
button of PHAST 1 to power
it on. When the indicator
light flashes blue, the
device is ready for pairing.
◦ When in paring mode,
make sure your phone’s
Bluetooth is turned on, and
keep the PHAST 1 close to
your phone.

• Wagguracy PHAST 1 NA is for use only in North America (i.e.,
the United States and Canada) and may not be functional
outside this region.
