GETTING STARTED WITH THE

Before starting make sure that you have all the
components listed above.
1. If using the Opinion Plus with a wired
LAN, plug in the Ethernet cable into
the Ethernet port of the Opinion Plus.
2. Plug in the power supply into port 1,
power it on and allow the Opinion Plus
to boot.

GETTING STARTED WITH THE OPINION PLUS AS A KIOSK
Before starting make sure that you have all the components listed above
1. If using the Opinion Plus Kiosk with a Wired LAN, plug in an Ethernet cable
into the Ethernet port of the OP.
2. Plug in the USB cable supplied with the Bixolon Printer into the USB port of
the Opinion Plus.
3. Plug in power adaptor supplied with the Opinion Plus into the power port of the
Opinion Plus.
4. Plug in the power adaptor supplied with the Bixolon Printer into its power port.
5. Power both on and wait for the Kiosk application to boot up.

• This product can only be used with a 5V power supply rated at 3A. Please
only use the supply provided with the Opinion Plus
• Only attach peripherals that have been approved for operation with the
Opinion Plus.
• Where peripherals are used that have not been provided directly by Wavetec
(such as mice), please ensure that the cables or connectors used offer
adequate insulation in order to meet safety requirements.
• Do not expose the Opinion Plus to water or place it in an area with high levels
of moisture.
• Take care while handling the Opinion Plus to avoid mechanical damage to the
unit
• For normal operation in a desktop or wall mounted configuration ensure that
the Opinion Plus is held securely in place with the mounting holes in its base.
• Do not pierce the plastic casing for any reason
