STEP 4:
a. Stand rack up right on a flat and level surface (Figure 5).
b. Firmly tighten all bolts. Do not over tighten bolts to avoid stripped threads.

REACH-IN RACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY:
STEP 1:
Check to ensure all parts are accounted for.
STEP 2:
a. Insert the (6) 5/8” diameter cross braces into the holes on the inner side
of one frame.
b. Insert the 1/4”-20 x 1” hex bolts into the holes on outer side of frame and
thread into the end of 5/8” cross braces (Figure 1).
Do not fully tighten at this point.
STEP 3:
a. Lay frame on the floor with (6) cross braces facing up (Figure 2).
b. Position the opposing side frame onto cross braces, aligning holes
(Figure 3).
Be sure to check the frame angles face the same way as shown (Figure 4).
c. Insert the 1/4”-20 x 1” hex bolts into the holes on outer side of frame and
thread into the end of 5/8” cross braces. Do not fully tighten at this point.
