Warning!
Read the operating instructions carefully before use.
Ensure that only trained staff works with the instrument.
Risk of burn!
Caution when touch the housing parts and the hotplate
which can reach temperature of exceed 300 ℃.
Pay attention to the residual heat after switching off.
Protective ground contact！
Make sure that socket must be grounded (protective ground
contact) before use.
When operating wear personal safety protection to avoid the risk from:
- Splashing and evaporation of liquids
- Release of toxic or combustible gases
Set up the instrument in a spacious area on a stable, clean, non-slip,
dry and fireproof surface. Do not operate the instrument in explosive
atmospheres, with hazardous substances or around water.
Gradually increase the speed, reduce the speed if:
- Stirring bar breaks away due to high speed
- The instrument is not running smoothly, or the container is not
centered on the plate
Temperature must always be set to at least 50℃ lower than the flash
point of the media used.
Be aware of hazards due to:
- Flammable materials or media with a low boiling temperature
- Overfilling of media
- Unsafe container
Process pathogenic materials only in closed vessels.

- If the case of the stirrer bar is PTFE, please note：
- Elemental fluorine, three fluoride and alkali metals will corrode the
PTFE and Halogen alkanes make it expand at room temperature
- Molten alkali，alkaline earth metals or their solution, as well as the
powder in second and third ethnic of the Periodic Table of
Elements will have chemical reaction with PTFE when temperature
reaches 300 ~ 400℃ .
Check the instrument and accessories prior to each use. Do not use
damaged components. Safe operation is only guaranteed with the
accessories listed in the “Accessories” section. Accessories must be
securely attached to the device and must be removed when not in use.
Always disconnect the power before fitting accessories.
When the external temperature sensor needed, the tip of the
measuring sensor must be at least 5-10 mm from vessel bottom and
wall.
The instrument can only be fully disconnected from the main power
supply by turning off the main or disconnecting the plug.
The voltage stated on the label must correspond to the main power
supply.
Ensure that the main power supply cable does not touch the hotplate.
Do not cover the device.
The instrument must only be operated by experts.
Keep away from high magnetic fields.
Proper use
The instrument is designed for mixing and/or heating liquids in schools,
laboratories or factories
Observe the minimum distances between multiple units, and distances
to the rear wall and above the assembly (min. 100 mm).

ASSEMBLY STEPS
Support frame and sensor installation steps
1. Connect the upright post of the support frame (screw connection,
please do not plug it directly) ;
2. Install the cross bar fixer of the support frame;
3. install the support rail;
4. Install the fixing buckle between the support frame and the agitator
body;
5. Install the stirring rod;
Fix the support frame and the agitator main body, and connect the agitator
bar power supply according to the socket of the main body.
Precautions for installation:
1. This product is a precision experimental instrument. Please operate
according to the interface during installation.
2. Please install in strict accordance with the installation steps;
3. After installation, please check the verticality of the support frame and
the levelness of the support rail.
4. Please ensure that all parts are tightly connected without looseness;
If you find that the connection part is loose during use, please stop using it
immediately and reinstall it to avoid causing parts and experiments.
The instrument is damaged.

PRODUCT FUNCTIONS
SH-3ABE, SH-3ABEII
PV represents the temperature, when there is no external sensor, it
represents the temperature of the furnace plate, and when there is an
external sensor, it represents the temperature of the external sensor.
SV represents the rotational speed, the set state represents the set
rotational speed, and the non-set state represents the running rotational
speed.
If the external temperature sensor is not placed in the beaker on the
heating plate, the temperature change cannot be sensed within 10
minutes after the machine is powered on, and the instrument turns off the
heating and displays "pot".

Operation mode:
1. Place the machine on a horizontal desktop, and then connect the power
cord to the power outlet on the back of the base.
2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard socket.
3. Pay attention to the power switch on the right side of the base. The line (-)
indicates on, and (o) indicates OFF.
4. Place the machine stably, put the beaker with the liquid medicine in the
center of the working plate, put an appropriate rotor in the beaker and make it
in the center of the beaker, turn on the power supply, and the upper row of the
instrument displays the temperature of the furnace plate (if the sensor is
connected externally, the temperature of the external sensor is displayed), and
the lower row displays "Off". Press the "HEAT" button to start the machine to
run and HEAT up. Similarly, press the "STIR" knob once, and the machine will
start to STIR, and adjust it to the required speed by rotating the "stir" knob.
(When the knob rotates, the lower row of the instrument will display the set
rotation speed for 2 seconds after the end of rotation, and the lower row of the
instrument will display the current rotation speed).
5. If you need to measure the temperature of the liquid in the beaker, you can
connect the bracket, insert the sensor lead plug into the back of the machine,
and then insert the sensor into the liquid. At this time, the temperature
displayed by the instrument is the liquid temperature.
Precautions for use
1. should avoid using in a humid environment.
2. When in use, the liquid medicine in the beaker should not be too full to
prevent it from overflowing when stirring.
3. Don't touch the oven plate during use to avoid burns.

Use operation mode
1. Place the machine stably, and put the beaker with the liquid medicine in the
center of the working plate.
2. put the appropriate rotor in the beaker, and make it in the center of the beaker.
3. Turn on the power supply, and adjust the temperature by turning the opening of
the "HEAT" knob. When HEATing, the "HEAT" indicator lights up, and the heating
power is adjusted by the "heat" knob. Adjust the STIRring speed by turning the
opening of the "STIR" knob. When STIRring, the "stir" indicator light is on, and the
stirring speed is adjusted by the "stir" knob.
4. Measure the temperature of the liquid in the beaker with a thermometer fixed by
a bracket.
