This product is subject to the provision of European Directive
2012/19/EC. The symbol showing a wheelie bin crossed
through indicates that the product requires separate refuse
collection in the European Union. This applies to the product
and all accessories marked with this symbol. Products
marked as such may not be discarded with normal domestic
waste, but must be taken to a collection point for recycling
electrical and electronic devices
MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Spa Pump Position
If the spa bath pump is supplied separately to the spa bath, position the pump as close as
possible to the spa. This will ensure optimum spa jet performance.
The spa bath pump must be protected from exposure to weather .It is important to ensure
that there is adequate ventilation provided for the spa pump (minimum area 104 sq
cm).Without adequate ventilation the pump motor will over-heat causing nuisance motor
stops and starts.
Failure to comply with these instructions may cause pump damage and/or removal costs
which are not covered by the our warranty.
Plumbing Installation
Our spa bath pumps are supplied complete with integrated barrel unions to allow easy
installation of PVC pipework.
The spa bath pump must be mounted below the normal operating spa bath level but above
the spa bath to ensure correct pump priming and pump/pipe drainage(see Fig.1)All water
must drain back into the sap when emptied .This is in accordance with local Health
Department Regulations.
Ensure pipes rise evenly from the spa bath to the spa bath pump to avoid airlocks
(otherwise the spa pump will not prime, refer Fig.1).All pipe connections must be watertight.
Never allow spa pump to run without water as this may result in damage to the pump sea.

Special Note:To avoid water damage to property from leaking
connections or normal wear, the pump must be installed on a well
drained site or a properly constructed drain tray.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Electrical Connection
Plug the spa pump power cord into a dedicated power socket and switch
the power on.
All spa bath pumps must be installed in accordance with relevant electrical
standards.
Terminal box cover should be securely in place before connecting the
pump to electricity to prevent electric shock or injury. Motor is fitted with
auto-rest thermal switch and may restart without warning.
Our spa pumps are suitable for connection to 110-120volt 60Hz power
outlets. Some models will require a 24Amp outlet .Check motor I.D. label
for details. All pumps must have a dedicated power supply.
Special Note:
If service is required to the power lead it must be returned to the distributor
for repair .Warranty is void if unauthorized modifications are made to any
component.
HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Before filling and starting your spa bath, ensure that the spa bath is free
from debris or any material that may cause blockage to the pump or
impeller. Fill the bath to a minimum 50 mm above the spa jets and check
before switching on that there are no visible leaks from pipework or
connections .To start pump, depress the air button on the spa bath. This
will purge air from the plumbing and spa jets. After a short period of time
the spa jets will start to operate normally.
To stop spa jet operation depress the air button again.

Troubleshooting Guide
SYMPTON
REMEDY
1. Pump starts but no
water from spa jets.
Pump not installed at the correct level (refer Fig.1).
Check with installer.
Ensure the bath is filled with water to manufacturer's
recommendations,approximate 50mm above spa
jets.
Open air ventilation control on bath edge to release
any trapped air from pipework.
Start and stop the pump for 10 seconds do this 5
times to purge the air. If pump does not start
pumping water call a technician.
2. Pump does not start.
Pump motor connected to incorrect voltage.
Faulty stop/start button on bath edge ,-check for free
operation. Check air line-may be dislodged or
kinked.
No power-check fuse at power point.
Electric motor thermal overload tripping. This will
reset automatically when electric motor has cooled.
If problem continues, pump/motor should be
checked by a technician.
WARNING: Continued operation with this symptom
may result in permanent damage.
3. Pump starts then
stops
Insufficient water in bath. Fill to manufacturer's
recommendation approximately 50 mm above spa
jet level.
Blocked suction inlet. Clear obstruction and push
stop/star button to restart pump.
Electric motor thermal overload tripping. This will
rest automatically when electric motor has cooled.
If motor continues to trip there is a problem and the
motor should be checked by a technician. Pump
impeller may be jammed with foreign material
Pump must be checked by a technician.

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Position de la pompe du spa
Si la pompe du bain à remous est fournie séparément du bain à remous, placez-la le plus
près possible du spa. Cela garantira une performance optimale des jets du spa.
La pompe du bain à remous doit être protégée de l'exposition aux intempéries. Il est
important de veiller à ce qu'une ventilation adéquate soit prévue pour la pompe du spa
(surface minimale de 104 cm²). Sans ventilation adéquate, le moteur de la pompe

Installation de plomberie
Nos pompes de bain à remous sont fournies complètes avec des raccords de barillet
intégrés pour permettre une installation facile de la tuyauterie en PVC.
La pompe du bain à remous doit être montée en dessous du niveau de fonctionnement
normal du bain à remous, mais au-dessus du bain à remous pour assurer un amorçage
correct de la pompe et un drainage correct de la pompe/du tuyau (voir Fig. 1). Toute l'eau
doit s'écouler dans la sève une fois vidée. Ceci est conforme aux réglementations locales
du ministère de la Santé.

Assurez-vous que les tuyaux montent uniformément du bain à remous jusqu'à la pompe du
bain à remous pour éviter les poches d'air (sinon, la pompe du spa ne s'amorcera pas, voir
la Fig. 1). Tous les raccordements de tuyaux doivent être étanches.
Ne laissez jamais la pompe du spa fonctionner sans eau car cela pourrait endommager la
pompe.

Remarque spéciale : Pour éviter les dégâts des eaux causés à la
propriété par des fuites de raccordements ou une usure normale, le la
pompe doit être installée sur un site bien drainé ou sur un bac de
drainage correctement construit.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Connexion électrique
Branchez le cordon d’alimentation de la pompe du spa sur une prise de
courant dédiée et allumez l’appareil.
Toutes les pompes de bain à remous doivent être installées conformément
aux normes électriques en vigueur.
Le couvercle de la boîte à bornes doit être solidement en place avant de
connecter la pompe à l'électricité pour éviter tout choc électrique ou
blessure. Le moteur est équipé d'un interrupteur thermique à redémarrage
automatique et peut redémarrer sans avertissement.
Nos pompes de spa sont adaptées au raccordement à des prises de
courant de 110 à 120 volts 60 Hz. Certains modèles nécessiteront une
prise de 24 ampères. Vérifiez l'identification du moteur étiquette pour plus
de détails. Toutes les pompes doivent disposer d’une alimentation
électrique dédiée.

Remarque spéciale :
Si une intervention sur le câble d'alimentation est nécessaire, il doit être
renvoyé au distributeur pour réparation. La garantie est nul si des
modifications non autorisées sont apportées à l'un des composants.
HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Avant de remplir et de démarrer votre bain à remous, assurez-vous que le
bain à remous est exempt de débris ou de tout matériau susceptible de
bloquer la pompe ou la turbine. Remplissez la baignoire jusqu'à un
minimum de 50 mm au-dessus des jets du spa et vérifiez avant la mise en
marche qu'il n'y a pas de fuites visibles au niveau des canalisations ou des
raccords. Pour démarrer la pompe, Appuyez sur le bouton d'air de la
baignoire balnéo. Cela purgera l'air de la plomberie et du spa jets. Après
une courte période de temps, les jets du spa commenceront à fonctionner
normalement.
Pour arrêter le fonctionnement du jet du spa, appuyez à nouveau sur le
bouton d'air.

1. La pompe démarre
mais aucune eau ne
sort des jets du spa.
La pompe n'est pas installée au bon niveau (voir
Fig.1).
Vérifiez auprès de l'installateur.
Assurez-vous que la baignoire est remplie d'eau
conformément aux recommandations du fabricant, à
environ 50 mm au-dessus des jets du spa.
Ouvrez la commande de ventilation d'air sur le bord
de la baignoire pour libérer l'air emprisonné dans la
tuyauterie.
Démarrer et arrêter la pompe pendant 10 secondes,
répéter l'opération 5 fois pour purger l'air. Si la
pompe ne démarre pas, appeler un technicien.
2. La pompe ne
démarre pas.
Moteur de pompe connecté à une tension
incorrecte.
Bouton marche/arrêt défectueux sur le bord de la
baignoire. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement. Vérifier la
conduite d'air. Elle peut être délogée ou pliée.
Pas de fusible de contrôle d'alimentation au niveau
de la prise de courant.
Déclenchement de surcharge thermique du moteur
électrique. Ce déclenchement se réinitialise
automatiquement une fois le moteur électrique
refroidi.
Si le problème persiste, la pompe/le moteur doivent
être vérifiés par un technicien.
AVERTISSEMENT : La poursuite du fonctionnement
avec ce symptôme peut entraîner des dommages
permanents.

3. La pompe démarre
puis s'arrête
Il n'y a pas assez d'eau dans le bain. Remplissez
selon les recommandations du fabricant, à environ
50 mm au-dessus du niveau du jet du spa.
Entrée d'aspiration bloquée. Éliminez l'obstruction et
appuyez sur le bouton d'arrêt/démarrage pour
redémarrer la pompe.
Déclenchement de surcharge thermique du moteur
électrique. Ce dispositif se réactive
automatiquement une fois le moteur électrique
refroidi.
Si le moteur continue de disjoncter, il y a un
problème et le moteur doit être vérifié par un
technicien. La turbine de la pompe peut être
bloquée par un corps étranger
La pompe doit être vérifiée par un technicien.

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Position der Spa-Pumpe
Wenn die Whirlpoolpumpe separat zum Whirlpool geliefert wird, positionieren Sie die
Pumpe so nah wie möglich am Whirlpool. Dadurch wird eine optimale Leistung der
Whirlpooldüsen gewährleistet.
Die Whirlpoolpumpe muss vor Witterungseinflüssen geschützt werden. Es muss unbedingt
sichergestellt werden, dass für die Whirlpoolpumpe eine ausreichende Belüftung
(Mindestfläche 104 cm²) gewährleistet ist. Ohne ausreichende Belüftung überhitzt der
Pumpenmotor, was zu störenden Motorstopps und -starts führt.
Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Anweisungen kann zu Pumpenschäden und/oder
Entfernungskosten führen, die nicht durch unsere Garantie abgedeckt sind.
Sanitärinstallation
Unsere Whirlpoolpumpen werden komplett mit integrierten Rohrverbindungen geliefert, um
die einfache Installation von PVC-Rohrleitungen zu ermöglichen.
Die Whirlpoolpumpe muss unterhalb des normalen Betriebsniveaus des Whirlpools, jedoch
oberhalb des Whirlpools montiert werden, um ein korrektes Ansaugen der Pumpe und eine
korrekte Entleerung von Pumpe und Rohr sicherzustellen (siehe Abb. 1). Nach dem

Entleeren muss das gesamte Wasser zurück in den Ablaufkanal fließen. Dies erfolgt im
Einklang mit den Vorschriften des örtlichen Gesundheitsamtes.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Rohre gleichmäßig vom Whirlpool zur Whirlpoolpumpe
ansteigen, um Lufteinschlüsse zu vermeiden (sonst wird die Whirlpoolpumpe nicht
angesaugt, siehe Abb. 1). Alle Rohrverbindungen müssen wasserdicht sein.
Lassen Sie die Whirlpoolpumpe niemals ohne Wasser laufen, da dies zu einer
Beschädigung der Pumpe führen kann.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Elektrischer Anschluss
Stecken Sie das Netzkabel der Spa-Pumpe in eine dafür vorgesehene
Steckdose und schalten Sie den Strom ein.
Alle Whirlpoolpumpen müssen gemäß den relevanten elektrischen
Normen installiert werden.
Um einen Stromschlag oder Verletzungen zu vermeiden, sollte die
Klemmenkastenabdeckung fest angebracht sein, bevor die Pumpe an die
Stromversorgung angeschlossen wird . Der Motor ist mit einem
automatischen Thermoschalter ausgestattet und kann ohne Warnung neu
starten.
Unsere Spa - Pumpen sind für den Anschluss an 11,0–12,0 Volt 6,0
Hz-Steckdosen geeignet . Einige Modelle benötigen eine 24
-Ampere-Steckdose. Überprüfen Sie die Motor-ID Weitere Einzelheiten

finden Sie auf dem Etikett. Alle Pumpen müssen über eine eigene
Stromversorgung verfügen.
Besonderer Hinweis:
Wenn eine Wartung des Netzkabels erforderlich ist, muss es zur Reparatur
an den Händler zurückgeschickt werden. Die Garantie gilt erlischt, wenn
an einer Komponente nicht autorisierte Änderungen vorgenommen
werden.
HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Bevor Sie Ihren Whirlpool füllen und starten, Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich
im Whirlpool keine Ablagerungen oder andere Materialien befinden, die die
Pumpe oder das Laufrad verstopfen könnten. Füllen Sie die Badewanne
bis mindestens 50 mm über die Whirlpooldüsen und prüfen Sie vor dem
Einschalten, dass keine sichtbaren Lecks an den Rohrleitungen oder
Anschlüssen vorhanden sind. Drücken Sie den Luftknopf am Whirlpool.
Dadurch wird die Luft aus den Leitungen und dem Whirlpool entfernt.
Düsen. Nach kurzer Zeit beginnen die Whirlpooldüsen normal zu
funktionieren.
Um den Whirlpool-Jet-Betrieb zu stoppen, drücken Sie die Lufttaste
erneut.

1. Die Pumpe startet,
aber es kommt kein
Wasser aus den
Whirlpooldüsen.
Pumpe nicht auf der richtigen Höhe installiert (siehe
Abb. 1).
Fragen Sie den Installateur.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Badewanne
entsprechend den Empfehlungen des Herstellers
mit Wasser gefüllt ist, und zwar ungefähr 50 mm
über den Whirlpooldüsen.

WARNUNG: Der fortgesetzte Betrieb mit diesem
Symptom kann zu dauerhaften Schäden führen.

3. Pumpe startet und
stoppt dann
Nicht genug Wasser im Bad. Füllen Sie gemäß der
Empfehlung des Herstellers etwa 50 mm über dem
Niveau der Whirlpooldüsen auf.
Saugeinlass verstopft. Verstopfung beseitigen und
Stopp-/Sterntaste drücken, um die Pumpe neu zu
starten.
Auslösung bei thermischer Überlastung des
Elektromotors. Diese wird automatisch deaktiviert,
wenn der Elektromotor abgekühlt ist.
Wenn der Motor weiterhin auslöst, liegt ein Problem
vor und der Motor sollte von einem Techniker
überprüft werden. Das Pumpenlaufrad kann durch
Fremdmaterial blockiert sein.
Die Pumpe muss von einem Techniker überprüft
werden.

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Posizione della pompa della spa
Se la pompa della vasca idromassaggio è fornita separatamente dalla vasca idromassaggio,

Installazione idraulica
Le nostre pompe per vasche idromassaggio sono fornite complete di raccordi a barilotto
integrati per consentire una facile installazione delle tubazioni in PVC.
La pompa della vasca idromassaggio deve essere montata al di sotto del normale livello di
funzionamento della vasca idromassaggio, ma al di sopra di essa, per garantire il corretto
adescamento della pompa e il corretto drenaggio della pompa/tubo (vedere Fig. 1). Tutta
l'acqua deve defluire nella vasca una volta svuotata. Ciò è conforme alle normative del
Dipartimento sanitario locale.

Assicurarsi che i tubi salgano uniformemente dalla vasca idromassaggio alla pompa della
vasca idromassaggio per evitare sacche d'aria (altrimenti la pompa della vasca

tenuta stagna.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Collegamento elettrico
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione della pompa della spa a una presa di
corrente dedicata e accenderla.
Tutte le pompe per vasche idromassaggio devono essere installate in
conformità alle norme elettriche vigenti.
Per evitare scosse elettriche o lesioni, il coperchio della morsettiera deve
essere saldamente in posizione prima di collegare la pompa alla corrente
elettrica. Il motore è dotato di interruttore termico di arresto automatico e
può riavviarsi senza preavviso.
Le nostre pompe per spa sono adatte al collegamento a prese di corrente
da 11,0-12,0 volt 6,0 Hz. Alcuni modelli richiedono una presa da 24

Ampere. Controllare l'ID del motore etichetta per i dettagli. Tutte le pompe
devono essere dotate di un'alimentazione dedicata.
Nota speciale:
Se è richiesta la manutenzione del cavo di alimentazione, questo deve
essere restituito al distributore per la riparazione. La garanzia è non valido

HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Prima di riempire e avviare la vasca idromassaggio, assicurarsi che la
vasca idromassaggio sia libera da detriti o materiali che potrebbero
bloccare la pompa o la girante. Riempire la vasca almeno 50 mm sopra i
getti della spa e controllare prima di accendere che non ci siano perdite
visibili dalle tubazioni o dai collegamenti. Per avviare la pompa, premere il
pulsante dell'aria sulla vasca idromassaggio. Questo purificherà l'aria
dall'impianto idraulico e dalla spa getti. Dopo un breve periodo di tempo i
getti della spa riprenderanno a funzionare normalmente.
Per interrompere il funzionamento del getto della spa, premere
nuovamente il pulsante dell'aria.

1. La pompa si avvia ma
non esce acqua dai getti
della spa.
Pompa non installata al livello corretto (vedere Fig.
1).
Verificare con l'installatore.
Assicurarsi che la vasca sia riempita d'acqua
secondo le raccomandazioni del produttore, circa 50
mm sopra i getti della spa.
Controllo di ventilazione dell'aria aperta sul bordo
della vasca per liberare l'aria intrappolata nelle
tubazioni.
Avviare e arrestare la pompa per 10 secondi,
ripetere questa operazione 5 volte per spurgare
l'aria. Se la pompa non inizia a pompare acqua,
chiamare un tecnico.
2. La pompa non si
avvia.
Il motore della pompa è collegato a una tensione
errata.
Pulsante di arresto/avvio difettoso sul bordo della
vasca, - controllare che funzioni liberamente.
Controllare la linea dell'aria, potrebbe essere
dislocata o piegata.
Nessun fusibile di controllo dell'alimentazione nella
presa di corrente.
Scatto per sovraccarico termico del motore elettrico.
Si ripristinerà automaticamente quando il motore
elettrico si sarà raffreddato.
Se il problema persiste, la pompa/motore deve
essere controllata da un tecnico.
ATTENZIONE: l'uso continuato con questo sintomo
può causare danni permanenti.

3. La pompa si avvia e
poi si ferma
Acqua insufficiente nella vasca. Riempire secondo
le raccomandazioni del produttore circa 50 mm
sopra il livello del getto della spa.
Ingresso di aspirazione bloccato. Eliminare
l'ostruzione e premere il pulsante di arresto/stella
per riavviare la pompa.
Scatto da sovraccarico termico del motore elettrico.
Questo si ripristinerà automaticamente quando il
motore elettrico si sarà raffreddato.
Se il motore continua a scattare, c'è un problema e il
motore deve essere controllato da un tecnico. La
girante della pompa potrebbe essere bloccata da
materiale estraneo

La bomba del spa debe protegerse de la exposición a la intemperie. Es importante

provocará paradas y arranques molestos del motor.

Instalación de plomería
Nuestras bombas para bañeras de hidromasaje se suministran completas con uniones de
barril integradas para permitir una fácil instalación de tuberías de PVC.
La bomba del spa debe montarse por debajo del nivel de funcionamiento normal del spa,
pero por encima del spa para garantizar el cebado correcto de la bomba y el drenaje de la
bomba/tubería (ver Fig.1). Toda el agua debe drenar nuevamente hacia la savia cuando se
vacía. Esto está de acuerdo con las Regulaciones del Departamento de Salud local.

Asegúrese de que las tuberías suban de manera uniforme desde la bañera de hidromasaje

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Conexión eléctrica
Enchufe el cable de alimentación de la bomba del spa en una toma de
corriente específica y enciéndala.
Todas las bombas de bañera de hidromasaje deben instalarse de acuerdo
con las normas eléctricas pertinentes.
La tapa de la caja de terminales debe estar bien colocada antes de
conectar la bomba a la electricidad para evitar descargas eléctricas o
lesiones. El motor está equipado con un interruptor térmico de reposo
automático y puede reiniciarse sin previo aviso.
Nuestras bombas de spa son adecuadas para conectarse a tomas de
corriente de 11,0 a 12,0 voltios y 6,0 Hz. Algunos modelos requerirán una
toma de 24 amperios. Verifique la identificación del motor. Etiqueta para

más detalles. Todas las bombas deben tener una fuente de alimentación
dedicada.
Nota especial:
Si se requiere servicio al cable de alimentación, debe devolverse al

HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Antes de llenar y poner en marcha su bañera de hidromasaje, Asegúrese
de que el spa esté libre de residuos o cualquier material que pueda
provocar bloqueos en la bomba o el impulsor. Llene la bañera hasta un
mínimo de 50 mm por encima de los chorros del spa y compruebe antes
de encenderla que no haya fugas visibles en las tuberías o conexiones.

1. La bomba arranca

Si el problema persiste, un técnico debe revisar la
bomba/motor.
ADVERTENCIA: El funcionamiento continuo con
este síntoma puede provocar daños permanentes.

3. La bomba arranca y

Połączenie elektryczne
Podłącz przewód zasilający pompę spa do dedykowanego gniazdka
elektrycznego i włącz zasilanie.
Wszystkie pompy w wannach spa muszą być instalowane zgodnie z
odpowiednimi normami elektrycznymi.
podłączeniem pompy do sieci elektrycznej należy dokładnie założyć

HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP

3. Pompa uruchamia

Niewystarczająca ilość wody w wannie. Napełnij
zgodnie z zaleceniami producenta około 50 mm
ponad poziom dyszy spa.
Zablokowany wlot ssący. Usuń przeszkodę i naciśnij
przycisk stop/gwiazdka, aby ponownie uruchomić
pompę.
Wyzwalanie termiczne silnika elektrycznego.
Wyłączy się automatycznie, gdy silnik elektryczny
ostygnie.

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Positie van de spapomp
Als de spabadpomp apart bij het spabad wordt geleverd, plaats de pomp dan zo dicht
mogelijk bij de spa. Dit zorgt voor optimale spajetprestaties.
De spabadpomp moet worden beschermd tegen weersinvloeden. Zorg voor voldoende
ventilatie voor de spapomp (minimaal 104 cm2). Zonder voldoende ventilatie raakt de
pompmotor oververhit, wat kan leiden tot hinderlijke motorstops en -starts.
Indien u deze instructies niet opvolgt, kan dit schade aan de pomp en/of
verwijderingskosten tot gevolg hebben. Deze kosten vallen niet onder onze garantie .
Loodgietersinstallatie
Onze spabadpompen worden compleet geleverd met geïntegreerde verbindingsstukken,
zodat u PVC-leidingen eenvoudig kunt installeren.
De pomp van het spabad moet onder het normale werkniveau van het spabad worden
gemonteerd, maar boven het spabad om een correcte aanzuiging van de pomp en afvoer
van de pomp/leiding te garanderen (zie Afb. 1). Al het water moet teruglopen in het
waterreservoir wanneer het wordt geleegd. Dit is in overeenstemming met de plaatselijke
voorschriften van de gezondheidsdienst.

Zorg ervoor dat de leidingen gelijkmatig van het bubbelbad naar de pomp van het
bubbelbad lopen om luchtbellen te voorkomen (anders werkt de pomp van het bubbelbad
niet, zie Afb. 1). Alle leidingaansluitingen moeten waterdicht zijn.
Laat de spapomp nooit zonder water draaien, omdat dit schade aan de pomp kan
veroorzaken.

Speciale opmerking: Om waterschade aan eigendommen door
lekkende aansluitingen of normale slijtage te voorkomen, de De pomp
moet op een goed gedraineerde locatie of in een goed aangelegde
afvoerbak worden geïnstalleerd.

GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
Elektrische verbinding
Sluit het netsnoer van de spa-pomp aan op een speciaal stopcontact en
schakel de stroom in.
Alle spabadpompen moeten worden geïnstalleerd volgens de relevante
elektrische normen.
Het deksel van de aansluitdoos moet stevig vastzitten voordat u de pomp
op het elektriciteitsnet aansluit, om elektrische schokken of letsel te
voorkomen. De motor is voorzien van een thermische schakelaar die
automatisch opnieuw inschakelt en zonder waarschuwing opnieuw kan
starten.
Onze spapompen zijn geschikt voor aansluiting op 11 0-12 0 volt 6 0 Hz
stopcontacten. Sommige modellen hebben een stopcontact van 24
Ampère nodig. Controleer de motor-ID Zie het etiket voor meer informatie.
Alle pompen moeten over een eigen stroomvoorziening beschikken.
Speciale opmerking:

Als er onderhoud aan de stroomkabel nodig is, moet deze ter reparatie
naar de distributeur worden teruggestuurd. De garantie vervalt . ongeldig
indien er ongeoorloofde wijzigingen aan een onderdeel worden
aangebracht.
HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Voordat u uw spabad vult en start, Zorg ervoor dat het bubbelbad vrij is van
vuil of andere materialen die de pomp of waaier kunnen blokkeren. Vul het
bad tot minimaal 50 mm boven de spa-jets en controleer voor het
inschakelen of er geen zichtbare lekken zijn in de leidingen of
aansluitingen. Om de pomp te starten, Druk op de luchtknop op het
bubbelbad. Dit zal de lucht uit de leidingen en de spa zuiveren
straalvliegtuigen. Na een korte tijd zullen de spajets weer normaal gaan
werken.
Om de werking van de spajets te stoppen, drukt u nogmaals op de
luchtknop.
Troubleshooting Guide
SYMPTOOM
REMEDIE
1. De pomp start, maar
er komt geen water uit
de spajets.
Pomp niet op het juiste niveau geïnstalleerd (zie Afb.
1).
Neem contact op met de installateur.
Zorg ervoor dat het bad gevuld is met water volgens
de aanbevelingen van de fabrikant, ongeveer 50
mm boven de spa-jets.
Open ventilatieregeling aan de rand van het bad om
eventuele ingesloten lucht uit de leidingen te laten
ontsnappen.

Start en stop de pomp gedurende 10 seconden, doe
dit 5 keer om de lucht te zuiveren. Als de pomp niet
begint met het pompen van water, bel dan een
technicus.
2. Pomp start niet.
Pompmotor aangesloten op verkeerde spanning.
Defecte stop/startknop op badrand, controleer op
vrije werking. Controleer luchtleiding, kan losgeraakt
of geknikt zijn.
Geen zekering aanwezig bij het stopcontact.
Thermische overbelastings-tripping van
elektromotor. Dit wordt automatisch gereset
wanneer de elektromotor is afgekoeld.
Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, moet de
pomp/motor door een technicus worden
gecontroleerd.
WAARSCHUWING: Als u doorgaat met dit
symptoom, kan dit permanente schade tot gevolg
hebben.
3. Pomp start en stopt
dan
Onvoldoende water in bad. Vul tot de aanbeveling
van de fabrikant, ongeveer 50 mm boven het
spa-jetniveau.
Geblokkeerde zuiginlaat. Verwijder de obstructie en
druk op de stop-/sterknop om de pomp opnieuw te
starten.
Thermische overbelastings-tripping van
elektromotor. Deze zal automatisch stoppen
wanneer elektromotor is afgekoeld.
Als de motor blijft trippen, is er een probleem en
moet de motor door een technicus worden
gecontroleerd. De pompwaaier kan vastzitten met
vreemd materiaal

MATTERS NEED ATTENTION
Spa Pump Position
Om spabadspumpen levereras separat till spabadet, placera pumpen så nära spabadet
som möjligt. Detta kommer att säkerställa optimal spa-jetprestanda.
Spabadspumpen måste skyddas från exponering för väder och vind. Det är viktigt att se till
att det finns tillräcklig ventilation för spapumpen (minsta yta 104 cm2). Utan tillräcklig
ventilation kommer pumpmotorn att överhettas vilket orsakar störande motorstopp och
startar.
Underlåtenhet att följa dessa instruktioner kan orsaka pumpskador och/eller
borttagningskostnader som inte täcks av vår garanti.
VVS installation
Våra spa-badpumpar levereras kompletta med integrerade hylsor för att möjliggöra enkel
installation av PVC-rör.
Spabadspumpen måste monteras under den normala spabadsnivån men ovanför spabadet
för att säkerställa korrekt pumpfyllning och pump/rördränering (se Fig.1) Allt vatten måste
rinna tillbaka in i juicen när det töms. Detta är i enlighet med med lokala
hälsoavdelningsföreskrifter.
Se till att rören stiger jämnt från spabadet till spabadets pump för att undvika luftlås (annars
kommer spapumpen inte att fylla, se fig. 1). Alla röranslutningar måste vara vattentäta.
Låt aldrig spapumpen gå utan vatten eftersom detta kan leda till skador på pumphavet.

Speciell anmärkning: För att undvika vattenskador på egendom från
läckande anslutningar eller normalt slitage, de pumpen måste
installeras på en väldränerad plats eller en korrekt konstruerad

Elektrisk anslutning
Anslut spapumpens strömkabel till ett särskilt eluttag och slå på strömmen.
Alla spabadspumpar måste installeras i enlighet med relevanta elektriska
standarder.
Kåpan till uttagslådan ska sitta ordentligt på plats innan pumpen ansluts till
el för att förhindra elektriska stötar eller skador . Motorn är utrustad med
termobrytare för automatisk vila och kan starta om utan förvarning.
Våra spapumpar är lämpliga för anslutning till 11 0- 12 0volt 6 0Hz eluttag.
Vissa modeller kräver ett 24 Amp-uttag. Kontrollera motor-ID etikett för
detaljer. Alla pumpar måste ha en dedikerad strömförsörjning.
Särskild anmärkning:
Om service krävs på strömkabeln måste den returneras till distributören för
reparation. ogiltig om obehöriga ändringar görs på någon komponent.
HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
Innan du fyller och startar ditt spabad, se till att spabadet är fritt från skräp
eller material som kan orsaka blockering av pumpen eller pumphjulet. Fyll
badet till minst 50 mm ovanför spa-munstyckena och kontrollera innan du

slår på att det inte finns några synliga läckor från rörledningar eller
anslutningar. För att starta pumpen, tryck på luftknappen på spabadet.
Detta kommer att tömma luft från VVS och spa jets. Efter en kort tid
kommer spa-jetstrålarna att börja fungera normalt.
Tryck på luftknappen igen för att stoppa spajetdriften .
Troubleshooting Guide
SYMPTON
AVHJÄLPA
1. Pumpen startar men
inget vatten från
spajetstrålar.
Pumpen är inte installerad på rätt nivå (se Fig.1).
Kontrollera med installatören.
Se till att badet är fyllt med vatten enligt tillverkarens
rekommendationer, ungefär 50 mm ovanför
spajetstrålar.
Friluftsventilationskontroll på badkarets kant för att
frigöra eventuell instängd luft från rörsystemet.
Starta och stoppa pumpen i 10 sekunder gör detta 5
gånger för att tömma luften. Om pumpen inte börjar
pumpa vatten ring en tekniker.
2. Pumpen startar inte.
Pumpmotor ansluten till felaktig spänning.
Felaktig stopp-/startknapp på
badkarskanten ,-kontrollera fri funktion. Kontrollera
att luftledningen kan lossna eller krökas.
Ingen strömkontrollsäkring vid eluttaget.
Termisk överbelastningsutlösning av elmotor. Denna
återställs automatiskt när elmotorn har svalnat.
Om problemet kvarstår bör pumpen/motorn
kontrolleras av en tekniker.
VARNING: Fortsatt drift med detta symptom kan
resultera i permanent skada.

3. Pumpen startar och
stannar
Otillräckligt med vatten i badet. Fyll enligt
tillverkarens rekommendation cirka 50 mm över
spa-strålenivån.
Blockerat suginlopp. Rensa hinder och tryck på
stopp/stjärnknappen för att starta om pumpen.
Termisk överbelastningsutlösning av elmotor. Denna
vilar automatiskt när elmotorn har svalnat.
