NOTCHED LEG
Step 1: Attach inner support
ring to the stool leg (with notch
at the top and secure it with 2
sleeved-bolts and Allen screws.
Do not tighten all the way.
Step 2: Slide the other stool leg
over the notched-leg and inner
support ring.
Step 3: Add other 2
sleeved-bolts and Allen screws
to the inner support ring. Do
not tighten all the way.

Step 4: Slide the outer support
ring over the outside of the stool
legs and line-up the holes. Add
the 4 sleeved-bolts and Allen
screws to the 4 hole positions.
Step 5: Tighten up all 8 Allen
screws.
Step 6: Rotate the swivel-base

as shown in the image.
Step 7: Place the swivel base
on top of the stool legs and
align the holes.
Step 8: Place the bolt through
the top of the 4 holes and screw
the nut on the bottom and
tighten all the way.
Step 9: Place the stool pad on
the ground as shown.
Step 10: Place the swivel plate
over the 4 holes and insert the
machine screws through the
plate into the stool pad. Tighten
the screws to securely attach
the stool pad to the plate.
Step 11: If needed, place shims
in side of the leg caps to level
the stool.
Step 12: Place the leg caps
onto the bottom of the stool
legs.
